As a legally blinded individual, it's always nice when team members offer to assist me. Upon asking where the bathroom was, they offered to guide me. I didn't need this assistance, but it was excellent for them to offer and understand how to help somebody who is blind. Had not been with my dad would have taken their offer. Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service and care for detail. The food was exactly what you would expect from any Chick-fil-A.

It was Drive-Through and/or Counter and my code was ST20. I went to the counter at least twice and drove through the drive-through once. I spoke with at least 3 people at the restaurant, and they were not helpful at all. I paid via the app and my payment had gone through. But I left with no food that I ordered and no idea who to call to help me. I was helpless and the entire experience was very frustrating. I may never go to McDonalds again after this horrible experience. I just wanted a soda and fries but even though I had a receipt, the customer service people didn't care at all. I left with NO FOOD at all!!!! I tried to cancel my order at least 7 times. The McDonald's food people claimed that they never received my order. Non-existent customer service.
