    Failed pump inspections, beware!

    The pumps can never print a receipt, requiring you to go inside to the register, yet the pumps display screen always properly displays the shorti hoagie special...how convenient! Now, the pumps have failed the weights & measures inspection, so we're basically being told wawa doesnt care about anything but selling us hoagies? Im starting to wonder just how convenient their stores really are

    Tomato?

    As if it's not bad enough that the Wawa gasoline prices are the highest in the area, I purchased several hoagies yesterday, the Italian was awful, tomato looked and tasted like cardboard. Doesn't have to be Jersey tomato quality, but you can do better, won't be returning.

    Chocolate, cookies and cream frozen cappuccino!

    Cashier is very rude for no reason and not helpful. Gas is also priced a little higher than average because it is across train station.

They treat you as you are at a sitdown restaurant; the staff bring you your food, sometimes check on how you're doing throughout your meal, and offer refills all while staying seated. This Chick-fil-A is no exception to the quality and bright energy of all of the other chain locations are visited. As a legally blinded individual, it's always nice when team members offer to assist me. Upon asking where the bathroom was, they offered to guide me. I didn't need this assistance, but it was excellent for them to offer and understand how to help somebody who is blind. Had not been with my dad would have taken their offer. Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service and care for detail. The food was exactly what you would expect from any Chick-fil-A.

I try to give them the…read morebenefit of the doubt because it's really the only location in the area, but waiting in the drive thru for nearly a half hour is no longer "fast food". You're better off going to a restaurant in the area for a full four course meal and you'd finish eating quicker. They've also forgotten items in my order on multiple occasions and always give me a hard time about getting it replaced/refunded. I suppose they're not hurting for business given how busy they are, but I'll always choose a different option 9 times out of 10 from now on.

    I ordered via the McDonald's app and the store claimed that they never received the order. I had…read morealready paid for my food. I went to the counter twice and went through the drive thru once. It was Drive-Through and/or Counter and my code was ST20. I went to the counter at least twice and drove through the drive-through once. I spoke with at least 3 people at the restaurant, and they were not helpful at all. I paid via the app and my payment had gone through. But I left with no food that I ordered and no idea who to call to help me. I was helpless and the entire experience was very frustrating. I may never go to McDonalds again after this horrible experience. I just wanted a soda and fries but even though I had a receipt, the customer service people didn't care at all. I left with NO FOOD at all!!!! I tried to cancel my order at least 7 times. The McDonald's food people claimed that they never received my order. Non-existent customer service. No one helped me or wanted to help me. I showed them my receipt on the app and in my email. NO ONE at McDonald's CARED AT ALL about my problem. It was horrible. All I wanted was the soda and fries that I had already paid for! I will be posting my horrible experience with McDonald's lack of customer service and the McDonald's app on social media.
