Called the driver and told him what happened and he pretty much said he doesn't order from there because they are sloppy. I asked did he not see that the food was spilled all inside the bag and he told me he "doesn't look at people's food". I said you didn't need to look at it to feel and realize that it was spilled out of the bag. Driver offered no support, regard, or care. This part is on GrubHub completely. I called the store though, hoping they'd rectify this issue, and explained what happened and the guy on the phone said to call Grub Hub. I told him I did and asked if they did not secure the food properly. Guy on the phone claimed they did secure the food. He took no accountability and eventually hung up on me and told me to "Call GrubHub". Disgusting service from the driver and the guy I spoke to at Philly Gyro King. I hope the driver gets reprimanded and does a better job making sure the food he delivers is of quality. If he wouldn't eat it himself, don't deliver it and double check with the store for quality control. Have some care for handling people's food. Philly Gyro King also needs to make sure their food is more secured. Get better containers or something and tightly package the food so this doesn't happen again to people trying to support your store, regardless of if they picked it up themselves or ordered from GrubHub. Overall I will NEVER order from this store again based on how the guy on the phone handled it when I explained the situation to him. It's a shame because I did like the food they sell, but not enough to tolerate horrible customer service.

Toward the middle-back of the convenience store, lies Pita's. Sweet staff in a clean looking kitchenette. So many menu options. I like how you can see the meats vertically cooking too. My lentil soup and steak quesadilla were both very good! The soup was aromatic, thick, and tasty! My quesadilla was a bit greasy, but a napkin blot took care of that one. The steak was so darn tender! My son's big brown eyes all but popped out of his head when he saw the beautiful falafel platter that I brought home for him! HE LOVED EVERYTHING!!! We arrived at the time the food was supposed to be ready but had to wait an additional 20 minutes. They were very apologetic for the wait and included some baklava on the house. I ordered the lamb shish kebab platter, my girlfriend ordered the doner kebab platter, and my son ordered the chicken gyro sandwich from the kids menu. When we got home we saw that they mixed up the order. Rather than getting chicken gyro in sandwich form with fries, my son got the full chicken gyro platter. I assume they would have made it right if we had called and explained the mixup, but we were hungry and didn't want to drive all the way back and wait even longer to eat. This was our first time ordering from here so it's hard to tell if the waiting and mixed up order are a one time thing or standard MO for this place.
