The room is so dark that I didn't check them until I got in my car. I'm horrified there's so much hair left over. I have an appointment with my kids in 30 mins I have to go. So I call them to politely request they fix it on Monday when I can stop back in. The manager, extremely rude and inconsiderate, said I can't do that. I can either come back in same day or she can give me a refund. That makes no sense to me. She had no intention of apologizing for the inconvenience or seeing how she can make it right. Like, here is a refund, be quiet, kind of thing. Geez. I told her to cancel all further appointments. Now, 7 hours later, I have such a bad burn! Smh this has never happened in my whole adult life of waxing. Shame on them.
