Does not really smile and she is unfriendly. I like service with a smile. So just saying. She also is so worried about risk, liability and complaints that she is vague about any question you ask her--even general questions. I have been there about 20 times in the past 6 years and each time I go, I sense a disconnect and scorn from her for no reason. I dont get it. I give my business to a lot of people, and have good relations with anyone I give my money to. My usual tip is between 20 to 30% --but when I go there, I just dont feel like tipping anymore. Each time I hope to see a glimmer of customer service from her, and each time I am disappointed. I even told her it was my birthday the next day, and she said NOTHING.
