I was going to my threading place for a little over 6 years and although I love my eyebrow lady and she's great, I noticed my eyebrows kept getting thinner and thinner and losing the thickness. Crystal is THE BEST! She's so funny and extremely nice. She really cares about quality and won't rush your wax. I had a Brazilian wax done, and she was super professional. Her set up is very organized and clean. I was a bit lost so HERE'S A TIP!!! WAX OFF is located in Sola Salons. When you walk in, go straight ahead and there will be a door that says "Spa Area". Proceed through that door and WAX OFF will be the last room (#21) in the hallway. Crystal is so awesome because when I was lost she was super quick to reply to me and also walked out to find me! Hands down, best waxing experience I've had. So great it's definitely worth raving about. From how accommodating & accessible she is, down to her experience, skills & easy to talk to personality. Every review is on point & still doesn't do Crystal justice. I had my under arms & a Brazilian done about 2 weeks ago (3/26). I don't know if it's her technique, the wax she uses or all of the above because she had me at how painless (at least for me & I have a low pain threshold), quick, comfortable, & most importantly how clean she left me. Before Crystal, I would normally go in every 10 days to 2 weeks for my underarms but I'm going on to the 3rd week & barely seeing the need (& this is just my under arms). Brazilian I was left with no redness, no bumps, no burns from hot wax, there was no need for tweezing (little hard to get hairs) & have had no ingrown hairs. Nothing like I've had a couple times in the past. I really liked my regular spot that I had been going to for 4-5 years, big factor being cost but after my experience with Crystal, I'm sold. & she's local (to me)? I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she told me everything I needed to know. A Brazilian wax is having ALL of your hair completely waxed off of your private area and butt strip. It was my first time there and Crystal was very warm and kind. You can tell she cares about you and the results she gives you.
