I've been a loyal customer to this location for years. Took my F150 in for a fault code (Catalytic Converter went out) and an oil change. The tech failed to torque the lug nuts and the front left steer wheel came off as I was driving out of the parking lot. What disappointed me the most - among other things - was that NO ONE in upper management called me to apologize. At the time of occurrence, I was told that someone would call me the next morning. Nothing. They had to replaced fender and wheel due to the damage. I had Coyote 5.0 badges on both fenders. They didn't even place it correctly after replacing the fender. Could've just measured the other fender for placement. After this not getting fixed, I just removed the badges and will buy new ones. I was hoping for a discount on future services or something but all I was given was no charge for the original PM and "We'll make things right". All I got in the end was that and an alignment (due to the "Accident"). Not to mention not having my truck for multiple weeks. I probably won't go here again unless I hear that management has changed....

I purchased a 2020 Silverado Durmax. I asked for the service record of course they provided CarFax, but failed to add a copy to the final paperwork. The pride themselves on their "Customer Service", which in turn their character and carisma at sale was on point. Unfortunately it's all part of the sales trick. I traded in my BMW which they only value at 2,150$. They claim to give you a discount but what they actually do is mark up the price on the contract to show one but you're paying sticker price. Don't be fooled and don't let them write that in. They do not give you any discount. Be sure to check the oils etc. the offer a free change but let you leave on dirty low oil. It was also low on DEF fluid and we all know how troublesome that becomes if not cared for. Upon leavening the dealership 3hrs down the road the check engine light came on with a reduced power. This was on the freeway. Very hazardous and potentially life threatening for me and my son. Which they cared nothing about. Once you leave the location the customer becomes a number and commission. Safety is not their concern. After continuous struggle with the truck I sent it in for repair at GUNN Chevrolet. My conversation with "my sales representative" who states his main priority is customer satisfaction. I had the GM service récord pulled from the vin number and that's where everything came out. All the previous worked done to it and how it continues to be a problem. The same issues were on during their 42 point inspection but failed to mention so. GM records show which store numbers did what to it before sales. I definitely don't recommend shopping here at any point.

For a vehicle that cost nearly $70,000, I expected at least a basic walkthrough of the features and technology. No one took the time to explain what anything did, and I wasn't even set up with the Chevrolet app before leaving the dealership. The very next day, I received a call saying I owed an additional $700 on my trade payoff. I was told they had checked and double-checked the numbers, but after doing my own research and making my own calls, I provided documentation proving their payoff amount was incorrect. In other words, I ended up doing the work that should have been done before the deal was finalized. To make matters worse, less than 20 days after purchasing the Tahoe, it left me stranded on the side of the highway and had to be towed to the nearest Chevrolet dealership. I'm now being told the vehicle may need a new engine and that it could be weeks before they can even get to it. When I contacted Legacy Chevrolet for help, I was told they had no loaner vehicles available and couldn't even look at the Tahoe for another two weeks. Their solution was for me to pay for a rental vehicle out of my own pocket. So here I am, not even having made my first payment on the vehicle, and it's potentially needing a new engine while I'm stuck without transportation and getting little assistance from the dealership. Very disappointing experience overall.

I recently had new tires installed at a different Ram dealership and they apparently did not return the rear inner wheels to the correct position. I confirmed the tire pressures to be correct even though the computer showed the tire pressures in the wrong position (front at 80 psi, rear at 65 psi). The service advisor, Travis, tried telling me that they only need to adjust the tire pressures to correct the issue. I tried explaining that on a Ram dual rear wheel truck, the two rear inner wheels have a different sensor than the other four wheels. The computer assumes those two sensors are correctly installed on the inner rear position. Travis insisted that all the sensors are the same and that it was simply an issue with setting the pressures. I walked over to the parts department and the parts employee quickly confirmed there are two different sensors and then explained it to Travis who never really conceded that the information was correct. Two hours after leaving, I received a text message from Travis stating they "recommended" the following services: Coolant flush $199.95, brake fluid flush $159.95, engine air filter $69.95 and cabin air filter $89.95. My truck has 28,500 miles and has been in service for 17 months. I checked the official Mopar website and found the recommended mileage for coolant change is 100,000 miles or 5 years. I personally replaced the engine air filter one month prior and replaced the cabin air filter the day before. I responded to Travis stating I believed they were attempting to scam me by recommending services that are not need and completely unnecessary. He responded back stating, "Apologies for the confusion we do go bases off visual inspections." It's obvious the dealership did not "visually inspect" my filters before stating they "recommend" having them changed and exactly how did they visually inspect my coolant system to determine that it needed to be flushed? I spoke to the service manager who confirmed they only go by vehicle mileage. He conceded that they were wrong recommending the coolant flush. Owners beware of predatory practices where owners better be informed before saying yes to dealer "recommended" services. I've owned 4 Ram trucks since 2003 and have had most of my maintenance done at Waxahachie Dodge. This is the first time I've had an issue, and, in my opinion, it was a huge issue. I doubt I will be returning to this dealership for future services. After writing my review, my TPMS was still not working correctly and still reading the wrong position. At the request of Waxahachie Ram, in December 2025, I spoke to the GM Shannon Warren who apologized for the issues. Mr. Warren stated he would send something to me in the mail for my troubles. As of February 3, 2026, I have not received anything, not even a written apology. More of the same from this dealership concerning Customer Service (if it can be called that). I later took my truck to Discount Tire in Desoto and they corrected the TPMS issue and stated it was as simple as ensuring the correct sensors were installed in the inner rear position.

That's not a small mistake--that's a major discrepancy and completely misleading. I drove 4 hours to get there and 4 hours back because I trusted this dealership based on their reviews. That trust was clearly misplaced. To make matters worse, I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and was rushed through the buying process, which did not give me a fair opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle or review everything properly. I contacted the owner, Alex, immediately by email and got no response. When I called the next day, he hid behind his receptionist they call "Nykki" instead of handling it himself. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Only after pushing the issue did the owner finally get on the phone. It gets worse. I was not properly provided with a signed purchase order, a clear breakdown of charges, or an odometer disclosure at the time of sale. When I later requested the documents, I found multiple fees that were never clearly explained. There was also a burned mark on the back seat that was not disclosed and appeared to have been hidden. When I brought it up, they only offered $150 toward what is roughly a $500 repair. After I brought up the mileage issue and even sent proof, they quietly edited the online listing--but still didn't correct it to the actual mileage. That's extremely concerning and shows a lack of honesty and accountability. When I asked for a fair resolution based on the mileage difference, the owner refused to do anything. No accountability, no attempt to make it right. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Double-check everything, get every document upfront, and don't trust what's listed without verifying it yourself. I will be pursuing this further.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and it was everything I needed and a little more just because I work hard for it. I met with my salesman Adam, he was nice and did all he could to get me into that truck with no/poor credit. They checked the truck over and even offered a Carfax and I TRULY BELIEVE THE DEALER WAS UNAWARE OF THE BAD TRANSMISSION WHEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME! I bought the truck and drove to Tyler where the transmission went out, I spent all night and morning panicking because I had just went all in on this vehicle, I had been burnt once before and it was the first time I dealt with a used car lot since. But when I called and explained what had happened they sent a wrecker all the way to Tyler, picked up the truck and diagnosed it within a week and had it fixed 3 weeks later at no cost with a six month warranty. Despite these wonderful things I have pointed out about this dealer, I do have some complaints.I wasn't offered a loaner, now I didn't need one but still. The test drive was scheduled but they didn't have the truck I came to see ready. I do believe they knew this when I scheduled but just wanted to get me on site. I had to pursue updates and that was a challenge in itself because the dealership is made up of several seperate dealerships.I had no idea which service department had my vehicle, and it was difficult to get in touch with my service manager to get said updates. I would recommend this place to someone else, but the lack of communication between the separateandintactatthesametime car dealers definitely needs improvement. I just wanted to leave an honest review.
