We passed this location a few hours before and asked my husband to stop here before heading home. (Mind you, there are a few tire shops around this area) John was so helpful, turns out it was a tiny rock stuck behind the break disk and a piece of metal. John took the tire off for us and found the tiny rock and sent us in our way. It's nice to have someone take care of your problem and not up-charge us for a service that we didn't get; like you would expect from corporate tire shops. We walked in John took care of the problem, within 5minutes we were out of there. We will definitely come back to see John when we have any tire problems. He has new costumers for life.

No updates, no one came to talk to me. About 345 I finally see my car pulled into a parking spot in the front. I waited 15 minutes and finally walked up to the counter. I said my car has been ready, can I get it? The guy behind the counter said he was waiting for a computer to open up. There are 2 computers and 2 guys standing there. Make sense of that! Then he had the audacity to tell me after waiting 2.5 hours that the alignment WAS NOT DONE!!! He said the mechanic left and he had no idea. When asked for proof, the shop refused to provide a receipt from O'Reilly Auto Parts, claiming that was the price they paid. To verify, we went directly to O'Reilly ourselves and confirmed the real price was significantly cheaper than what this shop charged. That alone is unacceptable. When this was brought up, they denied any wrongdoing and would not explain the price difference. And asked to speak directly to the owner David, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this shop. Be very careful, ask for receipts, and verify prices before agreeing to any work.
