I highly, highly recommend this business and their services. I heard about them through an instagram ad and saw an offer for a $36 service. That immediately caught my attention so I booked an appointment with them for a Saturday afternoon. Now I actually had a morning medical appointment that ran much longer than intended and when I saw it was nearing my appointment with this establishment, I called Waxing by Celeste to reschedule for a later time that same day. I spoke with the receptionist Carlos, who was so kind and understanding. He rescheduled me and let me know that he pushed it out for an hour and a half later. Again, my medical appointment ran longer because of complications so I called a second time to let Carlos know. He again, kindly pushed out my appointment for another 20 minutes.
