Upon entering the store , there is a super cute coffee and tea station. Lots of cute scrubs that smell great, pretty jewelry. The store is very thoughtfully put together. The rooms are very private and they even do spray tans ! I had Nicole do my wax, and I LOVE her. I have been going to her for a couple years now, and I would follow her any where. Went for a Brazilian for the first time with Brie loved the place & loved her too! The place is clean & cozy, sort of tucked away from the hustle & bustle. Brie was very friendly & professional, made me feel very comfortable. I've gotten this done at a few places before & was not really happy with it. This place has very competitive prices & Brie got me in & out with minimal pain (I'm guessing because she knows what she's doing). It's already a pretty unpleasant experience no matter what but some are definitely more efficient than others & it makes a huge difference. So do I dare say it? After trying many places to get a good waxing, have I finally found my go to in North County?? I believe I have!! Even the best waxing I've had, I had to clean up a little, even if it's a few hairs.... Brea ( I hope I'm spelling it right) did such a good job, I don't even have to do anything!! The place is cute but tucked away on a 2nd floor of the address. It's just 1 room I believe but it's set up very charming y comfy, she even has a little carpeted stool for you to step up on to get on the bed. Brea was very nice, personable & professional. She chatted away with me while she did her thing... I'm not gonna lie, it hurt & the wax was a bit hot, but it was bearable, and now seeing the results, absolutely worth it! I found her on Groupon which is how I find a lot of hidden gems and SoCal Waxology is a gem in Carlsbad Village!! She even applied some hydrocortizone (?) to help with inflammation, it's a 1st for me but I think it helped! if you are looking for a good waxing, give Brea a try, I think you'll become a regular customer! Found them online and made an appointment with Brie.Plenty of parking all around... I showed up early and had a great experience. Waxing area was very clean and comfortable ( 9months pregnant). I was so surprised that I did not feel pain! Of course a little ouch or two but nothing major.
