High-effort, well-executed and conceived takes on middle eastern and American food - lamb over rice, falafel, burgers, hot chicken sandwiches, hummus. Chicken is their strongest suit, in my estimation. They do amazing chicken tenders and chicken wings, paired with a tasty sauce and breaded for a really killer crunch. I love em. Same goes for their chicken burgers, chicken over rice combos, and chicken wraps. Lamb here is great, as is the falafel. I haven't had a bad meal with either. I tried their hummus on a recent trip and thought it was good. Nothing mind-blowing but better than the average. Also want to call out their waffle fries and onion rings, which are perfectly done. I love em to death. Whatever my main is, my side will typically be either the chicken tends or the waffle fries. For the negatives, their non-burger beef offerings suffer from the beef having lots of chewy bits in them. For example, their steak and cheese should be a sure thing, but every bite had a bit chewy bit I had to stop eating to pull out. They also overdo it on the mayo/sauce for that sandwich. So yeah, avoid their steak bomb and steak and cheese. I haven't tried their milkshakes but I am very sure they do a great job. Halal Eatz is one of those places you can usually trust to do a new item very well.

The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly and weren't overly salty either. There was a nice amount of grilled onions in my smash burger too. I love waffle fries and couldn't resist when I saw them on their menu. I was greeted with a warm welcome walking in and the cashier seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. Went back a second time a few days later for a double classic cheeseburger and another cookies n cream milkshake. The restaurant is small but has a few dining tables and clean. The free hot tea is a nice touch! Halal Eats is located just a few miles from the Burlington Mall and is well worth the short drive!

We had a good sized crowd so they basically gave us the run of one of the bar areas (we were in the wine bar). Table seating, couch seating and room to stand around. We ordered a big selection of various appetizers and everyone was very happy with the food. They had it all laid out and labeled nicely. Drinks were good, but you do have to travel bar to bar - wine at the wine bar, cocktails at the speakeasy, etc so grabbing a few drinks for others is a little more of a process - but I think this is better for a small group because you get that ambiance of whatever you're looking for. We're all pretty local and a fair amount of us had never been in before - but everyone was making plans to come back to hang out again. Pricing was very reasonable for a large group, will absolutely host another event here in the future.

For appetizers, we usually always get the wings. They're smoked and then I believe flash fried. Always tasty and tender. The fried pickles are great, too. Having a food allergy can be tough, not here. Virtually anything can be accommodated for, and the managers bring your food over with an allergy alert. For entrees I always get the bbq chicken pizza, or the Cajun pasta. I also LOVE the buffalo mac and cheese, which can feed you for a week. The drinks are very good. The beer menu is huge. I would give this location a 10/10. Always check for see the wait prior to coming. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!

Not offensive, not memorable, just existing on the plate doing its job. The place was pretty packed, but somehow still calm. Lots of people, low murmur, nobody yelling over table noise--basically a small miracle. The beer list is huge, which is great if you like choices, or terrible if you're the kind of person who panics when offered more than two options. All in all, I liked it. Good atmosphere, great broccoli, and enough on the menu that I'd come back. Might even pretend it was my idea.

I rarely give five stars but this place deserves it. The atmosphere was as it should be, a restaurant, not a New Year's Eve sports bar. It started off with great dinner rolls that you could eat a hundred of. We also had a nice house Canernet Sauvignon. Appetizer was a seafood tower (oysters, shrimp, lobster). A great start. My wife had a filet mignon and fries, I had a rib eye (I never have any other steak) and Brussels sprouts. Everything was absolutely delicious, an absolute riot of flavor. If I could change two things, I wish they had a bone-in ribeye and I would pass on the red wine salt. A little TOO salty. I topped it off with cappuccino. We skipped dessert as they would have had to roll us out of there. Price pre-tip- $245. Worth every penny. This a great steakhouse and loke I said, I almost never give five stars. Great job, folks.

We were told we would have a table that sat 12 but ended up in a long bench seat that was very bad in terms of trying to have conversations - the bench seat had chairs on one side and a velour bench on the other...the velour bench was terribly uncomfortable...trying to 'scoot in/out' was a very arduous task. Seafood tower was good. Rib Eye steak was average at best - very salt about 1/2 inch thin. The place was jammed and must do things right, more times that wrong, but I'm hard pressed to go back.

Our server Nick was a very friendly and charming person. He earned his tip at the end. Place has an elegant vibe that would be good for a special occasion. I started with the Wollensky Salad. I found the potato croutons to be interesting and the bacon lardons somewhat tough. My filet mignon should have been the highlight and ended up being a total disappointment. I ordered it medium but was instead served almost rare. Nick asked me to cut into it and he himself said that it was somewhat rare so he took it back. Someone else brought the same steak back a few minutes later and parts were overcooked and parts were still medium rare. I also noticed that the table next to me sent one of their steaks back and also leaving it on their plates after it was brought back. For dessert, I had the coconut creme cake that was really good. I'm unlikely to go back to this restaurant even with a $55 promotion before taxes and tip. I guess that I should feel lucky that is all I paid.
