Service was very slow. I ordered a reservation for 5 for a client meeting at 12pm and did not get our orders until 1pm. The waitress did not record my order correctly and gave me a Caesar salad with chicken instead of my requested salmon. I did not want our clients waiting longer to eat so I accepted the salad. I'm disappointed it took almost an hour to be served for 5 salads for the table. The staff did not come to refill water or check in for a while. Salad was okay, needs more chicken and less croutons. Nice decor. Wish the service was better as this did not leave a good impression on our clients that have traveled to visit. Came here on a Saturday evening at 6 PM for a pre-cinema movie. We had made a reservation a couple of hours prior. We arrived right at 6 and were promptly seated. Our friendly server, Eric, came and took our drink order and helpfully walked us through any questions we had about the menu. For appetizers, we ordered the buffalo shrimp and the jerk chicken fondue. The buffalo jumbo shrimp was fantastic, the four pieces were delightfully coated in buffalo sauce and laid on a good amount of blue cheese. The fondue was surprisingly large. It came with jerk chicken, broccoli, grapes, fried cauliflower, and garlic sourdough croutons. Definitely a crowd pleaser with a lot of textural diversity. For entrees, we ordered the braised short rib pappardelle and the filet mignon Cobb salad which I ordered with an add on of avocado (roughly a quarter of a large one). The Cobb salad was lovely with a great medium rare filet on top and had a variety of ingredients. The pappardelle had great braised beef in it and the tomatoes and pasta complimented it well. It was our last night of the trip, and with the rain coming down hard, we wanted something good and close by -- so glad we tried this place! The ambiance and décor are beautiful, and everything is made from scratch, including the cocktails. We had the Pesto Chicken with arugula and prosciutto -- absolutely divine! We also tried their house specialty cocktail with pineapple-infused vodka, which was delicious and unique. Our server was super sweet, very attentive but never pushy. Hello, We made a reservation for brunch on Sun 8/2/26. Upon arrival we were seated promptly and our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and was disappointed. The menu had salad as a side. Our server offered hash browns or fruit as options. The ham was shredded and not a piece as it usually is. For entree, I had the fish and chips special. The fish had a thin coating but was very firm and hard. The fries were crispy. I also tried the ribs which were great and fell off the bone. This is based just on thanksgiving dinner, and I think for the price, it's absolutely ridiculous. The Turkey isn't even really Turkey. It's like pressed Turkey so it kind of taste like deli meat. The chicken fingers definitely taste frozen and everything else. Just didn't have a really good taste to it. Other than the mashed potatoes, which were pretty good, but the gravy was not good at all. I think for 64.95, it should definitely be better and maybe even have more options. I do think the actual restaurant is pretty cool with all the fireplaces, and I think the setup wasn't that bad? I am not sure if Redstone is a chain, but it reminded me a lot of Houston's. I love Houston's, so that is a big compliment. They have a beautiful covered patio space (with its own bar area) and the dining room is spacious, comfortable and plays good tunes. Our server, Mercedes, was fantastic and gave us thoughtful menu recommendations. I enjoyed the parm crusted haddock. Fish was perfectly cooked. The bartender knew his stuff with our martinis. This is a beautiful restaurant, inside and out. I came to a late lunch. It wasn't busy and I sat in the patio. I got the seared Ahi tuna. It was ok but nothing special about it. The slaw under the tuna was ok but again, nothing special. My friend got the chicken stuffed avocado and she said it was very good. Normally we get cocktails but we have to work tonight so we just did unsweet tea, which was good. Our server, Joseph, was very attentive and friendly. I've been here twice during October and November. I love the ambiance and the fireplace by the entrance. The menu has a good but not great variety, but what they do have is delicious. My first visit, I had the rotisserie chicken with was excellent. Wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable. During my second visit I ordered a cheeseburger medium-well, the waitress repeated "medium-rare?", which I correct and said, "no medium-well", which she corrected on the order slip. Somehow the kitchen got it wrong and I ended up with a medium-rare burger, which kind of spoiled my evening. The fries, on the other hand were some of the best. The key lime pie was mouthwateringly delicious. My only complaint is one I have with most restaurants; they seem to assume that 'everybody' likes broccoli and asparagus, and they don't offer any alternatives, like green beans or corn. The bar area has TV's, which generally show whatever sporting event is on at the time, and are mostly visible from the tables in the seating area. I met four friends for a reunion lunch on a rainy Saturday this Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant is a lovely structure off Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington about a mile for the Burlington Mall, and has plenty of parking. The restaurant was blessedly empty, which allowed us a prime table by the fireplace, a quiet environment in which to chat, and a leisurely dining experience. I got there early and was graciously greeted by our server, Mercedes. When she found out we were first-timers she announced that the manager, Robert, wanted to treat us to a wedge of their signature corn bread. Minutes later Robert appeared with probably the best cornbread I have ever had, warm and flavorful with a touch of sweetness that, when eaten with butter, got raves from everyone at the table. (Well, one person thought it was delicious if a little sweet for her taste, but I loved it.) For drinks we started with several glasses of sauvignon blanc and a Shirley Temple. I asked Mercedes what was good/popular and she mentioned the Rotisserie Chicken and the Baby Back Ribs. Between us we had: the House Salad with Rotisserie Chicken, BBQ Baby Back Ribs with French Fries & Coleslaw, the Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich, and two got the Signature Prime Dip. All were well satisfied with their meals, with one of us mentioning she would have liked a little more seasoning on the Rotisserie Chicken. I had the ribs which were, as promised by Mercedes, fall-off-the-bone tender. What we didn't finish we packed up to bring home. We were in a celebratory mood so we shared a dessert -- a Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae, a skillet sized cookie topped with several scoops of vanilla ice cream and caramel, with chocolate-caramel sauce on the side. I brought my mom here for her birthday today and we had a great time. Everything was superb. The hostess, Megan, was super inviting and helped make the visit seamless. Our waitress, Diane, was incredibly attentive, she made sure we had everything we wanted when we wanted it. We were super impressed with both of them. The ambiance is also very warm and comforting. What a nice place to enjoy a meal. With a huge fully stocked bar this place is suitable for all size gatherings and the food iso it of this world. Came here for with 2 friends while I was in town for the holidays. We were there toward the end of dinner service, so it wasn't too busy. We were given a large booth, which was comfortable. 2 of us got the 8oz filet. We both wanted the bearnaise sauce, but they were out of it, so we got horseradish cream sauce instead. While the bearnaise was missed, the horseradish cream was good, as was the cook on our steaks. Garlic mashed potatoes were tasty as well, but the seasonal veggies (root veggies) were really undercooked, so neither of us finished those. Our other friend got the Parmesan crusted haddock, which looked really good and she seemed to enjoy it. All 3 of us got a vodka-based holiday cocktail that had cranberries and mint in it. After a long day out shopping and adventuring my husband and I stopped in to Redstones for dinner. We were seated right away but we were seated in an empty room away from all of the other patrons. If I'm being honest it felt like we were judged on our clothing (we were both wearing sweatshirts) and we were tucked away. I was ready to leave when our waiter (Nick) came over and we stayed because of him. He was so upbeat and just an absolutely fantastic waiter. Everything we ate was amazing and came quickly. The bar service was among the worst I ever experienced. The bar was less than half full. I was totally ignored by the bartender who didn't even bring a menu when I arrived. He finally brought a menu and I gave him my order, a salad and entree. That was the last I saw him. He just hung out at the far end of the bar and never delivered the salad. I hosted my son's first birthday at Redstones. They have a gorgeous private dining area with a beautiful bar and lots of natural light. It was perfect for a February event. I had the never ending brunch and some small bites served to our guests, the food was delicious. The service was phenomenal, there were three members of staff who made the event so special and easy, I hope I have their names right: Jonathon, Vesna, and Sophia. Our table just ordered a bunch of appetizers to split: - BBQ Baby Back Ribs: Good amount of meat that fell off the bone. Tasty BBQ sauce and excellent fries. I would get again - Ricotta Meatballs: 3-4 large tasty meatballs. The herb crips that it was served with was an odd choice. It would've been better accompanied by a softer bread. - Honey Cider Bacon Brussel Sprouts - These were very good, lots of flavor and great portion size. - Bang Bang Cauliflower: The sauce was flavorful, but there was so much breading you can't tell you're eating Cauliflower.
