I absolutely understand and I know how hard it is for small businesses so I said sorry and was about to leave. But I had to grab my kids shoes and put them on! And she came out again like I was a homeless person and asked me whether I was Chinese. I said yes and she said you Chinese people are just hard to deal with. I was absolutely furious that my kid had to witness all this shit and I was again trying to leave and there she went "I'm calling the police". Really, good for you. I was waiting for the police the come but no one showed up. I was willing to talk with the police anytime about your discriminatory speech and condescending behaviors. Please be kind to people. I cannot imagine if I was really a homeless looking for help. Be kind to kids, please. My first time leaving a one star review, only for this lady.

This place has many washers and dryers that can be operated by coins or by credit card. There are folding tables and carts readily available. A change machine that will give quarters. A machine to buy soap, softer, and laundry bags are also available. The signs state there is a number to call if needed and cameras in operation. I didn't need to call but it was nice to know I could call someone. Hours are 5 am to 9 pm with the last loads going in at 7:30 pm.
