I don't know what happened with the other review on here but let me say this: I have dealt with many folks in NFA items and hands down, Dwain is the best to work with. These things take time and once he's submits it, it's no longer up to him but the agencies involved (FBI ATF etc) Dwain truly takes the whole process of filing a form 4 to a one stop shop: come in, talk about what you need (and his recommendations are spot on), fill out the paperwork, photos and prints done in office, pay $$$ then wait. Wait. And wait some more. Then you get a phone call months later and come and simply pick up your tax stamp and item. Easy Peazy- Lemon Squeezy, Dwain also assisted with a Form 1 guidance (something I had no experience in at all) for free as I was a repeat customer through him. A+++ Customer Service right??? Super helpful in helping me choose my three items and excepting payment. Very bad at explaining the only two times that I called why It was taking a little longer than usual one the frost call and on second call months later why the atf had sent me an email all they gave me is very stern, very short answers, and their excuse was after I brought it to their attention is that they get 40 calls a day. I get about 25to 40 calls for my line of work and spent about 10 to 25 minutes per customer that's not usually the case but I spend as much time as the customer needs. very bad customer service I won't be going there again. read more

I am taking the time out my day to really say these statement. These guys WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I called and asked how do I get started with owning a suppressor. The dude told me if I was not his dealer that he was "under control" with all the other gun stores and could not answer any of my questions at all . I repeated it back to him with a calm tone, the only way you can answer ANY of my questions is if your my dealer and he said yes . I spoken to 3 other people who own and sell silencers and they all told he what said was inaccurate and he could have answered my question without him being my dealer . Dwain was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. Reading the previous reviews I think people need to do more research before heading into any shop to purchase suppressors or firearms of any sort. Dwain is straight to the point when it comes to suppressors and a 12 month wait time or longer should be expected. This isn't an overnight deal. read more

Hello everyone I am disappointed I have to write this post, It would appear that this guy is too cranky. I purchased a silencer Nov 8th 2019 when I went in I was excited to see it was a one stop shop for this process; I purchased the Dead Air Nomad 30. I fully know that the wait times are very, very long, as we chatted, and we went through the process he advised that sometime around Christmas I should contact my US Rep and our Senator, ask if they could look in on the application with the ATF, I thought, what could it hurt right? We got into early December and I called the ATF; they advised that they had no record of my serial number. I left a VM with Waymore, he called me back and was rude, suggesting I was expecting this thing to be approved and in my hands in a few weeks. That was not the reason nor the expectation I had, I know it's a process that drags out with long wait times. He was rude, but I overlooked it, perhaps I caught him at a bad time. On December 24th sitting around the house I sent an email to both My Senator and US House Rep, on Monday the 30 I called the ATF (I just want to verify they have my application) The ATF rep took all my info with the serial number, we went over it three times and she informed me that that serial number in in another name and it's in a trust, mine was a single. I called Waymore, left a polite VM and even wishing seasons greetings, I described the concern and on the 31st I received the below email. Mr. C, I have credited your card with the full amount of the purchase and have voided the sale. ATF has been notified that I have withdrawn the Form 4 for the item. I feel that I cannot provide excellent customer service with your constant intrusion into the ATF submission process with your frequent contact with the ATF. Perhaps you can find a dealer that will better serve your needs. Thanks, Dwain Dwain has a problem with personal accountability. Perhaps I caught him in a bad two months or something but WOW. I feel this was nothing more than a clerical error, no big deal. Super disappointed. Raises the question, did he sell the same serial number twice? was it intentional? should I report this to the ATF? I have the receipt so if it was that then, well I suppose Dwain will have to work it out. Dwain, I called the ATF TWICE, I can call them every hour if I want to, not your business pal.
