Then recently we ended up needing to secure an improvement bond before the county would issue a necessary permit to complete construction ---it took our contractors WEEKS of back and forth with their insurance who decided it was the homeowners responsibility to secure the bond. I emailed Patty at 11:09am yesterday to ask if this was something Allstate could help me with. By 11:52am the bond was signed, sealed, and delivered to my email inbox.
