Needless to say, the body shop 'found' $1,000 in damage. what body shop is going to turn away business? the claims adjuster never inspected the vehicle (too much bother) so they paid the claim. I am then non renewed. My complaint with Timberwolf is they did NOTHING to fight to get the underwriter to change their mind. I had worked in insurance for 30 years that is what I did. I fought for my client. Not Timberwolf. I would not recommend them.
