I order glasses and got the tint as well but was never told about it making the process longer. I was also told it would only take a week and it's been longer then a week and now they still aren't ready. I tried to support a local business but it back fired. And the one lady was rude as I was talking, and her customer service was less then impressive. There was Soo much info sure should have said up front to help the customer considering I already stated to a few different people there I needed something asap.

They weren't sized properly and hurt my head around the ears. I spoke to someone and they said that the best they can do is adjust them . They were very expensive. For the amount they charged you would think that they would have been fitted properly. Next time I will go to another place.

They scheduled me very quickly to get an eye exam, when I got there they were very attentive and made me feel comfortable during the whole process answering any questions I had and giving me information I didn't even think about asking for. It was excellent service from walking in, through the exam and when they helped me pick out glasses in my price range and gave honest opinions on how it looked. I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience! Can't wait to get those glasses and see again!!

I picked out a low priced set of glasses and they said I would have to pay $150 or so . I went to a well know place and got my glasses for free and they were a better quality .

My husband, daughter and I are all patients of Dr. Guy and all agree that he's one of the best. At my most recent appointment, Dr. I, an optometry resident, treated my five-year-old and was fabulous! In years gone by, Dr. Piper of The Eye Care Center advised me against getting prescription glasses, noting that "cheaters" would be enough for me. She was obviously looking out for the patient's best interest; but, as I have aged, my distance vision has slipped. I can still pass a motor vehicle eye test, but it is not the clarity that I once had. With this in mind, I went to The Eye Care Center to improve my condition by way of a vision screening. After a series of chart readings and responses to the question of, "which is better," I received their prescription. Relying on their motto of, "See the Difference!" I expected "better" vision. No one cautioned me any that my condition would result in an imperceptible improvement (basically unnoticeable) in distance vision. Instead, they compounded the situation by upselling me on additional options that resulted in ballooning personal expense which were useless without improved vision. Thus, if you go to The Eye Care Center of Geneva, don't assume that they have your best interests in their mind. They upsell their products; and, completely neglect to tell you that you may not see any improvement. I would strongly advise anyone to: 1) ask pointed questions about future improved vision performance, and 2) to realize you can often get the same results at a discount optical center - - - and, sometimes get more than one pair of glasses for a far lesser cost! BUYER BEWARE! The Eye Care Center of Geneva has lost my business and probably should not get yours.

The customer should already know that. Why do they make you give a FULL medical history everything? WHY was I asked the same questions over and over again? It's super busy and they waste time on things that should be saved in the system if you're a repeat customer. The staff is rude, they don't let you decline without trying to pressure you into it, they just don't take no for an answer! They have you confirm your appointment 65 times and threaten to cancel if you can't respond in 7 minutes, I was haressed via text a million times saying I WOULD BE THERE! Next time I need glasses I will be going somewhere else!
