Kevin and his team worked hard and were flexible. When my leasing office wasn't open and the freight elevator wasn't accessible, they were able to pivot and adapt quickly. The team had a positive attitude and greeted me with a handshake and a friendly smile first thing this morning. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they treated all of my home, furniture, and belongings with respect. Not to mention, I asked if they would drop of my mattress at my new place down the street from my storage unit (an added extra stop) and they said they would! After the final stop, they closed me out and everything was done in 2 HOURS!! I was shocked. This crew of three guys done in 2 hours packing up my 600 sqft apartment was a great value and money well spent compared to the other quotes I received. The crew was friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. Hard pass. I recommend shopping around. Other local companies with great reviews were 1/3 of the price while also doing prep work and using quality Sherwin Williams Duration or Cashmere paint. So they may have quoted me high because they didn't want the job or they use unicorn paint. They were transparent and upfront about the cost and quick to respond, so I'll give them that.
