I had an appointment at 2 o'clock and had been waiting for an hour and 40 minutes until I decided to get up and ask if they had any updates. They informed me that they had not even worked on the vehicle yet and were about to look at it. If the appointment was at 2 o'clock and they had not even looked at it at 3:40 then what was the point of the appointment?? They obviously do not care to update the customer. They should value people's time and realize what terrible customer service they are providing. The Caucasian lady at the front is completely rude and inconsiderate. She pulled her hand in front of me not saying a word. I had to ask her what she needed until she told me she needed my keys. If you needed my keys tell me that. You have a mouth to speak, use it. I would not buy another truck from any Chevy dealership until they can man up and own there mistakes in engineering the 2014- 2018 trucks or suv they have a infamous Chevy shake and there newer vehicles are even worse they don't fix the problem because it brings in more revenue to sell trucks that will have issues with then the first 2000 miles due to poor engineering there is some Chevy trucks that they tell you cannot go over 95 because of the driveshaft may warp and be off balance the torque converters are bad it's a nightmare save your money. And I can't believe I'm gonna say this get a ford but the ones in Asheboro are owned by the same people so go outta city and good luck with the lemon law you can win but is it worth the stress and time and money no it is not Life lesson learned I'm stuck with mine but hopefully others can learn the easy way instead of the hard way they will tell you it's the tires iv been through three setts fluids, part after part and after doing the drive shaft it still has a minor shake but is better still not worth it for a truck you spend 40,000 on. read more

Set up a appointment to have my oil changed, they came to my work and picked it up. Super, right. They called and told me my brakes need changing, still no problem. I told them not to do that. No problem yet..........They bring my truck back. The bill is $75. Oil change? They charged me $10 for a tire rotation, I didn't ask for. Got that refunded. So, at the end of the day, I get in my truck to go home, strong cigarette smoke smell, not happy.....light ashes in my cup holder and arm rest. I get home with new brakes from the auto part store, I'll do this myself. $450 from them, I got new Front rotors, Front and Rear Brakes (Bosch) for $192. I go to get started, noticed they broke my center cap on one wheel. I go to remove the wheel, couldn't do it. Too tight. I switch from tire 4 way to impact, still nothing. Switch to a breaker bar, nope.... add 4ft to breaker bar, its bending the breaker bar, I have pictures of a twist in my 4 way. I take my truck back and complain. They took it in the back to remove the lugs, Mr Poole and I walk back to look at my center cap. There hammering on it with the impact, they are tight! A guy in the back said out loud " you don't want your wheel to fall off, do you? We put them on with a real gun". Mr Poole told me, he agreed they were to tight. Then Mr Poole told me he would get the cap and deliver it to my work when it came in. yeah right! This is a month later and I still don't have my center cap they broke doing work I didn't authorize! Never again will I use Wayne Thomas Chevrolet! read more
