HORRIBLE company STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - "integrity moving"??? What a joke. Our family moved into…read morea new condo and one of the things they asked to transport was a grand piano. A grand piano is a FRAGILE, EXPENSIVE, and VALUABLE piece of furniture so we were more than willing to pay the $100 insurance to protect us against any possible damage. Well lo and behold when we started unpacking items we realized there was a scratch on the side of the piano (take a look at the picture and tell me that doesn't look like damage due to something being scraped against it.......). This piano was placed in a secluded part of the first floor (picture included to allow you to truly visualize the space) so my parents were NOWHERE near it when they discovered the damage two days later. Now PLEASE tell me, if the movers themselves didn't alert us there was damage BEFORE the move, and if my parents had never been close to the piano AFTER the move, then when else could this have possibly happened?? HINT: what comes between BEFORE and AFTER...? You can probably guess due to the tone of this review so far that once my parents called in to explain this situation for over TWO HOURS, the company refused to take any accountability that this could have been the responsibility of the movers!! In fact, want to know what ridiculous scenarios they suggested? 1. That our neighbor who we had not yet met because we literally JUST moved in was casually in our house moving stuff around and may have accidentally damaged the piano herself 2. That our 8 pound senile Toy Poodle toothless dog (picture included) somehow levitated up to the corner of the piano and chewed on the side with her nonexistent teeth You know what's the absolutely silliest goofiest clownish part of this whole scenario? The scratch is literally only 2 inches long, so objectively the piano is not significantly damaged, but of course it's still noticeable and in principle, it's still upsetting that our beloved family piano is now scarred. Well, when we looked up how much it would cost to repair a scratch of that size, the quotes we found were around $100...the same cost as the insurance we paid to protect us against this kind of situation in the first place it's utterly ridiculous to me that a supposedly professional company would rather stay delusional and deny the completely reasonable possibility of their movers accidentally scratching against the side of a very large piece of furniture in a relatively small room than to use the insurance WE purchased for its intended use to cover a measly $100 worth of damages. Moving is a stressful experience for anyone, but boy was this the cherry on top to an already chaotic weekend of moving. Don't be fooled by their name!! These people have absolutely 0 sense of integrity and no trustworthy method of submitting a claim if your property is damaged. Instead, they will waste hours of your time trying to sneakily imply that it was your fault something went wrong without directly stating it so they can have plausible deniability - so disingenuous!! If you're reading this, "integrity" movers, don't even try to claim that that wasn't your intention; hear me loud and clear: if you're saying that your movers didn't cause the scratch, who else is left in this implication?? At the very least, you are actively avoiding responsibility and doing a disservice to your insurance paying customers!! If it hasn't been clear already, I would NOT recommend this business - save yourself the headache and STAY FAR FAR AWAY if your family has a piano!!!! No

Formal Complaint - Poor Service, Property Damage, and Unprofessional Conduct…read more This company and its staff were disorganized, damaging, delayed, dismissive, condescending, unaccountable, careless, and overall highly unprofessional. I strongly advise proceeding with caution. My move took place on March 13th and was poorly executed from start to finish. A job estimated at three hours took well over six hours due to inefficiency and lack of coordination. During the move, my property was mishandled, resulting in a broken mirror and damage to the walls. Communication throughout the process was minimal and disorganized, with no clear updates or accountability. I was also charged an unexpected $500 overtime fee. While this fee was eventually refunded, the circumstances raise serious concerns. I was informed that a full refund would not be considered because, in the company's history, they "do not do that," and that as long as the move was completed, the quality of service was irrelevant. While interactions with Shayne (Branch Manager) were frustrating at times, he did make efforts within his authority and indicated that approval was needed from Ben (Regional Manager) to process a full refund. It was implied this would be approved, and Shayne appeared confident in that direction. However, once escalated, communication became inconsistent. Ben was unavailable, and this was later referenced as a reason for delays. When I spoke with Brian (CMO), the response did not reflect a thorough review. Instead, assumptions were made, the tone was patronizing, and there was no meaningful effort to resolve the concerns. At no point was there accountability, de-escalation, or empathy. This experience raises serious concerns regarding service quality, communication, and leadership accountability. Proceed with extreme caution.

BUYER BEWARE. I wish I would have read the reviews before attempting to start a relationship with…read moreWayne Homes. Honestly, don't do it - you will be sorely disappointed. In the first week of October, we made the decision to build a Wayne Home; we visited the Hebron Center and locked in on the Brentwood. We gave them $1000 to lock in our prices. On November 6, 2018, we provided our financing pre-approval for our home; we had added almost $100K in upgrades. December we had a lot walk through with one of their construction managers (Ryan); and then in late December we had another walk through with a construction manager (Tina) and also interacted with Monica, yet another construction point of contact. Since October 16, 2018, they were ALL aware we were building on a lot, and the township classified the new home as an addition because we had another home on the lot which we wanted to connect with a breezeway. EVERYONE was aware as of October of this plan. The Zoning permit was obtained, costing us $350 and the township classified the permit as an addition. January 7, 2019, we had yet another lot walk through, and our final color section. We spent a total of at least 10 hours with Wayne Homes representatives. While we wanted Wayne to build the breezeway, we abandoned that due to the challenges and their refusal. But, we agreed we would do that ourselves after the home was built. We finalized our new contract on January 22, 2019 - so much delay due to the breezeway back and forth. On January 23, 2019, we were told that they would not build our home because of the zoning permit indicating it was an 'addition'. We reached out to the township and they sent a letter indicating that it would not delay zoning approval; and Wayne Homes rejected that approach. We offered to get a new zoning permit for a New Build, which the township said they would do, and Wayne Homes again indicated NO. So, after 3.5 months, and at least 7 meetings - some requiring days off work, they are not going to build our house. We lost all of that time and could have gone to a reputable builder. Be advised that this could happen to you - as it did other individuals who have left comments on BBB. Go somewhere else and save yourself some frustration, anger, and angst. Wayne Homes is not your dream home. #waynehomes

In building with them, there have been a lot of questions, where I ask - well, what did I pick in our final meeting? & they can't tell me. So there's some redundancy if you don't take the time to advocate for yourself, not to mention being sure you aren't charged for things they get wrong.
