Before paying, I politely explained to the gate attendant that my new vehicle had some road salt on it (I was in Michigan 2 days ago) and asked if it would be possible to run it through a second time if needed to ensure everything was removed. The attendant was friendly and helpful and told me, "Sure, no problem man -- we're here to help." Great! Based on that assurance, I purchased the highest-tier wash for $30. After the wash, I was still worried about salt residue (as one should) and came around for the rewash that had been discussed beforehand. That's when things took a turn. The site manager (or assistant manager) immediately became dismissive and antagonistic, challenging me with comments like "Where do you see salt?" rather than addressing the request that had already been approved before I paid. To add insult to injury, the "rewash" I was eventually sent through was just the most basic wash -- despite the fact that I had paid for the top-tier $30 package in the first place. It was an unnecessary confrontation over a simple and reasonable request. No paying customer should be made to feel like they have to defend themselves just to receive the service that was already agreed to. The contrast between the polite gate attendant and the unprofessional behavior from management was striking. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude completely undermined what should have been a straightforward customer service interaction. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business that should understand that basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. The gate attendant understood customer service. The site manager clearly did not. It's amazing how quickly a straightforward, polite request can turn into a needlessly adversarial interaction when someone in charge decides they'd rather argue with a customer than simply honor what was already promised.

The drive through is longer time and the cleaning service area is a lot neater and cleaner. Although a lot of times, they aren't stocked on towels. Staff is always nice and gives out car scent if you request one. I have the 3 months special at $10 a month. So far so good!

My wheels are still dirty. my car looks like it was never washed or went through a car wash. There's handprints there's bugs still on it. I was a little hesitant about this place, because who wants to go to a car wash and wash the car…read morethemselves? Well, that's what you gotta do here. But let me tell you a little bit about it. As soon as you pull up in front they have a prep area they have brushes and liquid that you use to wipe off dead bugs around the license plate in between your wheels, windshield etc., then you drive up and right now they're doing five dollars a month for your first month and I joined the plan. When you join the plan you pull up and it reads your license plate and you go right through. Then you go to a place where there's a conveyor belt, and a human. The human tells/ directs you to pull forward so that your tires go on the conveyor belt properly and you put it in neutral. Don't touch the break and don't touch the steering wheel. Then you just glide on through the machine. When you're done, if you opt for the package, it even shines your tires. Then, upon exiting, you could immediately exit and go to your left, or you could go to the right, and they have super heavy duty vacuums, compressed air, they even have a mat washer along with microfiber cloths and window cleaner. The microfiber cloth clean fabulously. You start with the windows and wipe down l your dashboard, your steering wheel and then the thing you step on before you get out and you put it in the dirty towel bucket. You could bring it through as many times in a day as you want. So far I've been averaging about three days a week and on the weekends when I have my husband that's when I actually stop and vacuum and do the whole inside, so we could each to our own side I'm going to say that between the quality of the products they have, and the efficiency of the layout, it's better or as nice as any detail job I've ever had

They have a vending machine stocked with car cleaning accessories and air fresheners, too. You start with $2 to get the water and soap going, and you can add more as needed. The timer counts down and lets you know when you're down to a minute, which is really helpful. With $5, I had just over five minutes--enough time to spray, soap, rinse, spot-free rinse, and even use the dryer option at the end. They also have vacuums and a dedicated area where you can hand dry your vehicle after you finish washing.
