What really stuck with me though is when the city came out to inspect they said a whole house surge protector needed to be installed to approve the permit. Mind you we had already paid WCA in full, so telling Werner this was where the rubber really met the road. Most contractors disappear at moments like this, but not Werner. He came out the next day with the surge protector and installed it and our permit was signed off by the city. WCA was a great galue, highly skilled, reliable and operated with integrity. read more
