These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Casey and Joseph showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. I was prepared with drop clothes and a ladder for them. After one of them went in my rafters to set up the mounting kit, they installed my new fan and it works great with plenty of light. Casey and Joseph were respectful and knowledgeable. The representative on the phone was very polite and friendly. She set up an appointment for me very quickly. On appointment day, Scott arrived quite promptly. Scott was very polite, friendly and professional. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and thermostat and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Fortunately, I did not need to replace the furnace. Within a few days, Scott returned and replaced the necessary parts and installed a new thermostat. I waited a couple of months to see how well the furnace operated during these winter months. Now, I am pleased to announce that everything works perfectly. Scott, and AAA Calvert, receive superior marks. First…read moreAdam came out and determined that our fan had broken, possibly damaging the motor, and that he also needed to check the coolant level. He ordered the new fan and motor on the phone while I was with him, so I expected we'd soon be cooled down. I don't want to get too far in the weeds, but ultimately it took four visits and nine days for techs to come out and replace the fan and the motor. They did take $500 off the price, and they were very nice about everything, but unfortunately they forgot to check the coolant level, so the AC was only marginally cooler than the outdoor air. Rather than complaining again, I just called my brother-in-law (who is also in the HVAC business). He found that it was light 4 lbs. of coolant, which he replaced, and now the system is running properly again. But it took almost two weeks during the hottest stretch of the year. I think AAA Calvert is a good business, and I hope this is a learning experience for them.

He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Communication was great all the way through! Although it was a standard 33 x 22 sink replacement, Victor had to cut quite a lot from the counter top to get it to sit flush. After that, he got the disposal and all the plumbing to line up. He ran the sink and disposal and after a few more minor adjustments, he was done. Everything works perfectly! No leaks. I will be using Victor for future projects.
