My husband and I take the classes that are offered at the Hilton Sedona Spa and Fitness Center where he has taught a sword form, various healing Qi Gong forms, and the Silk Reeling exercises among others. He is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable, generous and inspiring. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Tai Chi and Qi Gong have helped us deal with many of the aches and pains that come with aging and our active lifestyle - not to mention the calming internal aspects of the studies. I was welcome.Not only by the center managers, but by the people in the class. The Yoga is very different. It's almost like a restorative yoga.And they also have tai chi classes as well.
