X rays on the premises. I was rear ended in a car accident. I was rocked. My back, neck and right shoulder were jacked up. I went to a hospital ER in the area and it was slammed. So I went on our good ol' Yelp and found this wonderful urgent care. Everything about this experience - the first phone call with Gabrielle, her care, concern and professionalism; her being on the ball and so efficient( btw she is a US Navy Veteran)- this set the tone for a great and calming visit. Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized. There were complimentary mini water bottles and some snacks for the patients. Great medical establishment.

I had explained to the doctor that my back had been injured for over 2 weeks so he prescribed 5mg of Flexeril for 10 days. After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance.

She continued to check on me and keep asking if I was okay as it was a lot of blood and I was fasting for quite awhile. But she was so sweet the entire time. I love the appointment process. You book online and right before your appointment time you click a link once you arrive. Walk right in and have a seat to be called. With my appointment is was about 15-20 min., wait which was completely fine and to be expected. You never know the situation they may be dealing with back there. But I was grateful for my visit and that I got a kind phlebotomy. Also, love the quest app where you can see your lab results.

I feel like they had way more availability for appointments than the previous lab I went to. There's no reception, just kiosks to check in once you enter the waiting room. It was midday so it wasn't very busy. It was just a simple blood draw for routine tests. The staff I interacted with were friendly and efficient. I actually really liked this location!
