I absolutely love this place. Absolutely LOVE this place. I attended smut bingo, toddler play time, Maui and Moana meet and greet and just stopped in for a coffee and to browse the shelves. I love that it combines my 3 favorite things into 1 location : my kids, coffee and reading. Now they have additional space for a market and more events. I am so excited to see all the new and amazing events they have planned 100/10. read more

Great drinks and very convenient when driving up to the pass. There's a nice area with couches and chairs to hang out with your friends while you enjoy your drinks. They also have some eclectic merchandise for sale. Pastries are also available though I didn't try any. Staff was super friendly and helpful. read more

Absolutely love that we have this in our little town! They have a great selection of books and my 17 year old went in without me once(don't worry she had my debit card) and the owner has so kind and helpful. I no longer have little kids but I would have LOVED to take them someware I could shop & grab a coffee & they could play. Great addition to Monroe! read more

I wish I knew of this place sooner! A cute little book store, selection is somewhat limited but it feels like the books are well vetted. Many good titles! They have a nice kid book area with reading nook. Coffee was great! My favorite part was the mystery book/gift section. Such a fun idea and perfect for taking the pressure off a unique gift and it's wrapped better then I ever could have!! A good size fenced off play area geared towards small toddlers. read more

The book selection is very limited. The coffee selection is also limited. I would not come back here but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. There is a place for kids. It was quiet inside. The specialty drink I had was delicious. Parking was easy as well. Check it out for yourself. read more

We love this bookstore! The coffee side is excellent, the flavor in the drinks is always nice and strong, just the way I like it. They have a small, but excellent selection of books, and do a lot of chukd centered events and activities. We have gone to three of their trivia nights and have had such a great time! They do themed drinks, decorate the space, and the trivia host is wonderful and hilarious, the whole space makes you feel very welcomed. They also participate in Snohomish County Indie Bookstore Week, so give them a visit! read more

This was my first visit in to the bookstore. Such a cute and warm environment. Great for enjoying a warm beverage at their coffee bar. Open layout for this cute and fun business. I have been following them on their website and FB platforms. I'm so glad I made it in today. The staff member was personable, knowledgeable and kind. This place is awesome!! They have a good selection of books and even have entire section dedicated to indie authors which is pretty cool. Even better, you can get a drink while you browse books and their array of merch created by local vendors is great. The staff are friendly and are always putting together events like author signings, book release parties, stitch and sips, DnD one shots, and even story times for the kids. read more

Took my kiddos 8 & 11. They had a blast!! Staff is super friendly. I wish there was more food option, like a charcuterie you could purchase before with your tickets or something of that nature. My kiddos got really Hungary! Parent brought in a 2 year old who pretty much screamed the whole time. That was distracting and sometimes couldn't hear directions because of it. a perfect thing needed for such a small town: a small bookstore for all book lovers, nerds, & coffee lovers alike to come & enjoy. whether you're looking to hop into one of the many events they have going on (dnd, writing groups, painting, party princess - the list goes on ! something for everyone !) hopping in for some coffee & a sweet treats (more on this!) or to jsut shop for some books, this is a go to place. not only is books sold from a variety of genres & authors, they have books from small, local, indie authors too. their coffee is made there, & they come up with different concoctions every once & a while based off books (harry potter has been the few i've tried) & off events (like their disney events or halloween ones) baked treats they have are healthy snacks, along with items that come from a local bakery that gets deliveries fresh - not only that, but they have a small variety that changes, & happily accommodates to certain food intolerances. speaking of local indie authors: they also sell art, crafts, & other knick knacks from local small artists, & as well carry their business cards ! so look out for those & rotating items such as that ! a perfect place to read a book with a nice cup of coffee & treat, catch up with friends - or even engage with the incredibly sweet staff, who have an obvious love for all things books & nerdy ! - or to even let your little one(s) play in the nice little play area they have set up. a must visit when stopping by monroe :) read more

I have been coming to this coffee shop for the longest time, and the staff are incredibly friendly and considerate. Every coffee here is made with skill and care, the Barista comes up with all of her original recipes on her own. They support small businesses that are local, and artists who aren't out there as much. They are incredibly supportive and warm people. Its like a second home. Child friendly, family feel to it and family owned. read more

10 out of 10 would recommend. We Be Book'n is an amazing bookstore with lots to offer. The drinks are fantastic. There's always a new book, trinket or household addition to be found. The girls working there are amazing and super sweet. Also, the play area is super fun and a great addition to your usual bookstore. My son loves going there and making new friends. This bookstore has a really friendly feeling about it (and friendly service!), the cocoa is probably the best I've ever had, and for the smaller footprint there was a surprisingly decent selection of books. Looking forward to going back to this cute place. read more

Cute place, great concept: awful location right off of busy Hwy 2 and terrible parking. For the price point, I anticipated an amazing coffee, but the sadly, the coffee was just ok. The barista could use some training on how to pull good shots, with crema, and steam milk so it's not merely hot, but acquires a nice foam as lattes are supposed to have. I have high hopes the coffee making will improve. This is a unique place, and has potential to be awesome. Unfortunately the location in a strip mall doesn't serve them or their vibe very well. I wish their shop was in a cute little walkable downtown! read more
