No "let's check over here and see if any other ones might be available." Nothing. Just this "sorry not sorry, leave me alone" attitude. I walked back over to the charger section and grab another one, opened it myself and found an adapter that works. I walk back over to the desk to check out and the same girl is working on some return or something and doesn't acknowledge me even if there was nobody else checking out. I say, "yea looks like you're returning something so I guess I'll go to the front." Again, no acknowledgment. Just gives me this glare like I was able to inconvenience her again. I remember Best Buy when I was growing up and people who worked there were typically very professional and friendly. I'm giving this a three star because the women at checkout were nice and I was able to get what I needed. Then again they were a little older. Yet another example of why Gen Z being terrible at customer service and acting like they'd basically be anywhere else. Had I known I'd have to deal with her I would have just started opening packages by myself to not "inconvenience" her for having to do her job.
