If you don't just ask their incredibly warm staff members and if they don't have something that you're looking for nine times out of 10, they can order it for you. As mentioned the entire staff at Record Head is just SUPER, SUPER Amazing, they build an amazing rapport whether it's your first time in there or you're 110 millionth time in there / I've been to a number of Record stores over the years in The Wisconsin area, and I've been met with icy, cold, frigid, and nasty customer service experience (overall), and sometimes all it takes is one bad experience and you're like I don't ever wanna go back there. Like with other record stores, it's almost like they don't want you to be in their store looking around at their inventory, or asking any questions at the merchandise. And when you've got a business, that is essentially your bread and butter, so to all record stores please take a seat and several notes from one of the Best records stores and customer Service etiquette. Also, you don't have to take my word for It, this place has been in business for 50 years. There's a reason why there still standing.
