The person showing you the rental may be nice, but that is where the positives stop. The property…read moremanager is arrogant and cold. When we were in their office to sign a lease, we realized quickly that we don't want to pay rent to this company. A good portion of what we were told by the nice man who showed us the property turned out to be wrong- poor internal communication. Signing the lease felt very tense and we recieved pissy pushback when asking questions about the lease. We then overheard the owner cursing out his employees and that was just the icing on the cake. We backed out. We will never consider a property managed by this company again.
