B Fitness offers a variety of classes throughout the day including TRX, barre, Pilates, yoga , total body conditioning, and a Men's class. Every class I have taken has been a fabulous workout, including all muscle groups, lots of great equipment including bands, kettle balls, balls, steps and (obviously) weights and the TRX straps. I absolutely love that the instructors do not repeat exercises, making every class varied including the warm up and cool downs. David , Marguerite and Kim are particularly talented, encouraging and have great music. I love the small extras the instructors do to make this place unique. One example is during the cool down, the lights are turned off and a black light is used for a truly relaxed moment. The layout of B Fitness is well designed. All the equipment has its place and the space is clean and meticulous. Honestly I will miss B Fitness when I return home to Dallas!

If you go north for the summer Stacey has challenges and encouragement on line to keep you motivated. I've learned so much already and we've only just begun the Program they offer which I of course immediately said "Sign Me Up!" to the Manager of the facility! My wife, Professional Interior Design and Color Specialist, asked me to also provide a Review in her behalf of her experience at YouFit Jacaranda. She has trained with David, a Professional Trainer with years of experience. You know when David is at the facility training one his many clients there. Just look for a guy with the YouFit Trainer T-shirt wearing very colorful 'tennis' shoes. Different brightly-colored tennis shoes each day! One of his distinguishing trademarks. My wife loved training with David and is looking towards getting into returning to the gym and signing up for more training with David. I know this is a rather lengthy Review but we believe that this YouFit Jacaranda location deserves 'more stars' Reviews providing more exposure for the excellent training being received by their Professional Trainers.
