I've read a ton of Yelp reviews, but I've never written one...until I went to We Can Fix It. Spoiler alert: I wish Yelp had reviews higher than 5!!! On to the review... I didn't realize how connected I was to my cell phone, until I broke it. It was one of those slow-mo falls where I was screaming nooooo, flailing my arms, but my fingertips just grazed my cell phone, as it crashed (no slammed) into my driveway. The screen was shattered, and I was looking at the black screen of death. Of course, I have never wanted/needed to check GoogleMaps, Safari, Starbucks app, the weather (this list could go on) as much as I did when I had no way to communicate with the outside world. I still met some friends for lunch at Flying Biscuit. On my drive there, fate intervened and I happened to see the store. I thought I'd give it a try, even though I knew my phone was toast. Chad was AWESOME!!!!!! Not only did he say he could fix it, but it wouldn't even take a couple of days or even a day for that matter!!! I did some shopping at the grocery store in the plaza. When I got back, he was waiting for me! My phone was better than new; he put some kind of glass on top that will make it less breakable. I can't recommend this place enough! I live in Lithonia, but I'd go back to Norcross in a heartbeat for the amazing customer service and expertise (yes he told me all the technical stuff that he fixed and what he did, but I was smiling so hard at my new phone, I really didn't catch much). I called in last week after breaking the screen on my Samsung phone literally one day after having another cell phone shop repair it. (BUMMMMMER) I explained this to Kazim at We Can Fix It over the phone and mentioned to him I would be in the following Monday. I also mentioned the wait at the other shop was about 2 and a half hours and I would need the phone back the same day. When I arrived not only was he professional and nice, but he took the time to explain what he needed to do in order to repair my phone. He even mentioned that he was out of the orignal gray, but could replace my screen with a blue one and he would have it ready within the hour. Let me say, that alone scored points in my book, rather them him throwing the blue one on without asking first. Yes, folks, believe it or not, IT HAPPENS!!! While I am not oblivious to the negative reviews coming from other customers, I have to give MY experience here a 5 STAR REVIEW based on the following: The screen on my phone looks as good as new, my customer service experience here was superb, my phone was indeed ready when he said it would be and I paid less to have my screen repaired at We Can Fix It than I did the week prior at another cell phone repair shop. read more

I was in here last week with my busted iPhone 7. I almost didn't walk into the place because of the low reviews but I was desperate and this was the closest place to me. I talked to the guy Chad that worked there and he explained to me that he had just taken over the business (less than a month ago). Chad explained to me exactly what was wrong with my my phone (why the display wasn't working), and also explained to me exactly what he was going to do to repair. Come to find out he was some type of engineer for T-Mobile and seems to really know his stuff! That really set me at ease. Long story short, Chad has my phone repaired and just like new in under 45 mins. He helped me download the newest IOS software and even gave am a discounted tempered glass screen protector that he installed for me. I couldn't be more happy with the price, customer service, speed, and education I got in this place. Hopefully I won't break my phone again, but if I do I won't take it anywhere else. I was in town on business a couple of weeks ago and dropped my iPhone getting into the elevator. I completely shattered the screen and had these weird bars going up my phone display. I had to get it fixed quick and this was the closest place to me. The guy that works there (Chad) had me up and running in about 35 minutes, so I couldn't be happier. The reason I am writing the review now is because after letting my kids play on the phone it had a bunch of funky colors on the screen. I thought it was a bad part they had put on my phone so I gave the store a call just now. Chad answered the phone and come to find out it was a setting that one of the kids must have changed. Clearly Chad had seen this before because he was able to walk me through changing it back over the phone in about 30 seconds. In this day and age where everybody is about the $, it's nice to know that there are still businesses out there that actually care for their customers. Thanks for your help Chad! read more

Purchased a Groupon, called to set an appointment ...After reading the unfavorable reviews, stopped by to express my concern. I was assured of good service and even advised to refund my Groupon if I still felt hesitant. I decided what the heck, I live 5 minutes away would not let others dictate my trust in the gentlemen's word. I ended up cancelling my 2 o'clock Saturday appt because Apple had a trade in promotion I wanted to explore first..I advised that I wanted to zip by and see if the promo was a good one "the agent thanked me for my honesty and said no problem". I then stated I may still use their services if the Apple Store promo was a no-go. I was advised of two open hours to come by later. Needless to say the Apple deal was not a good one as WeCanFixIt replaced my Iphone screen fixed in 26 minutes, added a screen protector, as well as tested it to show all was still functioning!.... Totally satisfied folks, and please believe I am one picky dude about good service!! read more

I have a house full of teenagers and a wife, and needless to say everybody here has to have a smart phone. I recently have had to have a couple of the screens fixed for two samsung galaxy s4's. Not only did these guys beat their competitors by over half the cost, which trust me, I called EVERYWHERE, but I also got my phone back in less than two hours. If your looking not only too save money buy also time, these are the guys to see. The guy who does the screens is only there Mon thru Fri, but if your phone breaks on the weekend, you would be doing yourself a huge favor to wait till the weekends over with to get your phone fixed. The staff there was great, explained everything up front in detail with no hidden cost, which I really like. They even gave me a phone to borrow just in case while they fixed my phone. I was trying to decide whether to give a 4or5 star rating. Being i had an issuse i thought 4stars but, I decided to give a 5star and here is why. I had broken my ipad screen and had them fix the device. There were a few issues the arose that were feak issues after the repair. These guys were relentless in their pursuit to find out and fix the issue. Thier attitude and great customer service approach pushed me to 5star. You really don't know a company until you have some kind of issue, the way the company handles the issue is the defining result of how they do business. These guys I would recommend to my mother and your mothers and families too. If they keep their great attitudes and maintain the high level of customer service they well grow and have a very lucrative business. read more

I went there today with an iPhone that had a screen destroyed on it. I was using a Groupon and made an appointment like the Groupon required. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an iPhone repair. The customer service was great! Once he replaced the screen the phone wouldn't charge so he went above and beyond in trying to diagnose the problem. 2 1/2 hours later, after trying a new battery, a charging port from another phone, and a new charging point he was able to find the problem and fixed it as well. Above all, he didn't charge me any extra for the extra repair. Even though it took quite a long time, I'm VERY pleased with the service that I received. read more

Mohammad was incredibly helpful. My computer was messed up, to the point where I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new one. It appears the RAM needed replacing. Within 24 hours, Mohammad had fixed it and gave me a price that I'm 100% sure couldn't be beat anywhere else. He was kind and attentive and he did an excellent job with my Macbook. 5 stars, for sure! I'm shocked at the previous negative reviews. My parents have also visited Mohammad at this location to have their cell phones and computers repaired previously, and they have consistently been treated very well and always been satisfied with the service. I cracked my iphone screen and was on my way to Atlanta Cell phone repair even though I read the horrible reviews. I was on my way over when I was drove by We Can Fix. I decided to turn around and stop in there and see if they fix iphone screens. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the technician and he said he fixes iphone screens as well as other products and could fix my phone in 30 minutes. I came back about 20 minutes later and he had it ready for me. So thankful I found that store. Quick, friendly, and good service. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again should I break my phone. read more

I've taken 2 phones to We Can Fix it and have had a very positive experience. First my daughter broke the screen on her Android. They fixed it and it now works flawlessly. Next I went tubing on the Chattahoochee River and my iPhone fell in the water and was completely submerged. Initially I was going to buy a bag of rice and sit the phone in it overnight to repair it.. but decided to take it to We Can Fix it for a more professional repair... They kept the phone overnight and the next day when I returned it powered on ... it charges and works perfectly. read more

I have gotten my phone fixed four times in the past year, and this place by far is the best one! They are friendly, kind, and smart. Also, the best part is that they are honest people. I referred my one of my friends, with a broken screen, to We Can Fix It, and after about three minutes, the technicians came back out, and told us that it was nothing more than a loose connection. They could have easily charged us for the fix, but did not since they had not replaced anything! I only wish more companies were like this one!! I recommend this place to everyone. read more

Wow, reading the reviews here would make me think that I went to a different place. I had a great experience here. I used a Groupon, called and made an appointment later that afternoon for the same day, and my phone was fixed in about 30 minutes. After I left, I got in the car and noticed that there were some weird lines showing up on the left side of my screen. I took the phone back inside, and showed the guy. He replaced it within 15 minutes. Now my iPhone 5 looks a million times better than it did when I took it in. Great service! read more

Okay so I'm a little clumsy with my iPhone, this is my 3rd repair this year so I know a little about repair shops. I thought I totally destroyed my iPhone 7 plus, I thought it was not repairable. I took it to the shop just to be sure and talked to a guy name Chad, at first I was a little apprehensive because of past experiences with other shops. I have been searching for a place to fix my phone for about 2 years now and I have finally found a place that can do what I needed done. We Can Fit it, located in the Hammond Shopping Center on 5975 Roswell Rd, did an exceptional well job taking care of my phone issue. Fabulous! So grateful for this place! I had 35 minutes to spare. The glass of my phone was shattered on both sides! It was suggested that it would take an hour. Kazim saw my distress and said "30 minutes!" In 30 minutes it was perfect! And I mean perfect. Looking brand new and gifted me protective wrap for the glass, offered discounts and helped me get a better casing to protect it and simultaneously work with my special needs. They lived up to their name! I brought them a 37 inch Visio TV that was only 5 years old. It wouldn't power on at all. The owner was honest with me and said he normally doesn't work on TVs but would see what he could do. He called me with a price before proceeding. I felt it was very reasonable. My TV works perfectly now. All my interactions with him were great. I simply had to be patient for my TV because no doubt it took time to diagnose. I highly recommend their services. read more

A friend referred me to We Can Fix It to repair my water damaged iPhone 5. Couldn't be happier with the results. My screen stopped working, battery didn't hold a charge, but they fixed it. Phone operates like it did the first day I got it. The staff were friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I get my phone back in a timely manner.
