This experience is based on the emergency service. There is a nurse name Shane that was of great…read morehelp! He has a country accent and he mentioned being a traveling nurse. There was also a woman named Heather that was super friendly and helpful as well! Great staff. Any emergency hospital will take awhile just know that. The rooms are fairly large. The doctors seemed to know what they are talking about. "Seemed". I feel like if you go to an emergency room, please be very descriptive on how you feel so the doctor can narrow what you have easier. My brother was the one I was there for. This was his second time and he same the first doctor was RUDE and did not seem like he was just in a rush to get him out of there. There is plenty of parking and there is vending machines that take credit card. Just a heads up. Past experience? My father died in this hospital from health reason but the way the doctor announced his death scared me for life. I hated this hospital every since. Staff was terrible! But!!!! From the ER side, Shane and Heather and I wish I knew the other doctor that helped my brother did a great job with him!

Last night I experienced the absolute worst bedside manner I have ever seen from Dr. Matthew…read moreKramer. He was rude and condescending from the moment he entered the room. He completely dismissed and invalidated all of our concerns and all but accused us of lying. He spoke with an extreme level of disrespect and directed more of his attitude toward the people of color in the room. I would recommend that no one with any kind of urgency visit this ER and no one who wishes to be treated with basic decency and respect see Dr. Matthew Kramp. His horrific complete and total lack of beside manner completely derailed any hope we had of finding some answers, let alone timely ones. When we informed the nurse of our experience, she suggested we fill out the survey they'd be mailing us, and when pressed, offered that we could call the manager (but no contact info was provided). There seems to be no expectation of timely or adequate care at this hospital. 0/10 absolutely not worth going.

I had a god awful experience at this clinic. The desk staff is wonderful and much more willing to…read moreresolve conflict in a mature and appropriate manner than the owner seems to be. After having the wrong dosage of medication sent and the issue being strung out over the span of three days I finally was told I had to come back in to see the doctor. Upon arrival I was immediately handed a phone to talk to whom I was told is the owner and case specialist Lauren. Once I got on the phone Lauren said she'd be having to discharge me because the text messages I sent were "completely inappropriate" (the pictures of all texts are linked below). I went back and forth with her telling her can't you see my frustration not only was the wrong medication sent but it took three days and two missed days of work to finally resolve the issue. She ended up saying "I'm sorry I guess I'm not sure for what" and also personally insulted me and raised her voice at me. I expressed that I was unhappy that I had to drive 45 minutes away from my house to come here just to be told I'm not actually going to have to see the doctor and they'll just send the correct one. The phone call lasted for about five minutes with me calmly speaking to her expressing why I was unhappy, within ten minutes Lauren said if you don't leave the office right now I'm calling 911 to escort you out... mind you I had not said any profanity made ANY insults toward her personally or raised my voice. She said I don't have time for this "I'm not sure if the other people in your life pander to you but I won't, leave the office NOW or I'm calling 911 to escort you out". I said that's ridiculous that you cannot speak to me like an adult and that you have to make insults to me personally she loudly signed and laughed throughout and said "WOW you really are insufferable" I said that is no way a mature adult speaks. I then asked if I could have her higher ups phone number or the ethics hotline number she said "there's nobody above me you can speak to me and that's it I'm the owner" and I said so there's nobody that does checks and balances to make sure you're doing your job? She said "leave the office right now or I'm calling 911 to escort you out and hanging up on you I don't have time for this". I did not raise my voice insult or threaten this woman even once but she did all of that to me SEVERAL times throughout this call. She called me insufferable she said idk if you're parents just give you whatever you want etc... what an unprofessional way to speak to someone. After I handed the phone back to the woman at the front desk because that's the phone she called on and demanded to speak to me on... the front desk woman calmly came over and gave me resources to get another provider... she even allowed me to grab a drink of water before I left! It speaks VOLUMES that the woman at the front desk spoke to me with more respect and courtesy than the actual owner... Lauren began yelling at me personally insulting me and threatening to call 911 because she just didn't have time for this. Oh she also said "yes I don't want to listen to your whining and crying nobody does!" While I was expressing a very valid concern and frustration. I am deeply disturbed by this womans lack of respect and professionalism regarding patients. I have linked below the innapropriage text message exchange. In all honesty this woman could not and would not take any responsibility whatsoever and immediately went to threatening to escort me out and insulting me saying she doesn't have time to listen to my "whining and crying" over me not having the correct medication for three days. She seemed to be completely projecting her own insecurity by saying "I'm not sure if people just pander to you" when really she was trying to get me to pander to her. There is NEVER a reason to personally insult someone and deflect any ounce of blame and responsibility as she did... perhaps she's used to the people in her life not holding her accountable. As I said it really speaks volumes when the people at the desk are willing to be much more calm patient and understanding than the actual case manager. I've linked ALL text messages below. Completely inappropriate behavior, I'm truly bewildered at how I was treated. I guess she's just used to not being held accountable for the things she says.
