When they finished the "service" my sectional was damp but there were still plenty of visible surface stains left behind. I successfully attempted to clean some off myself afterwards with just Tide stain remover and a rag. I called them to report the issue and it took several attempts and weeks to schedule an appointment for someone to come back and fix it. They finally sent back the same crew who fell short the first time. And they failed again. They brought no equipment unlike the first time and asked me to use my own stain remover products to remove the surface stains. And they still left a ton behind again. You'd be much better off buying a Bissell machine and cleaning your furniture yourself. read more

I hired your company for a professional couch cleaning based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the expectations. First, the technician while he was polite, he immediatly acknowledge that he did not like my couch fabric which prompted me to believe my couch would not be cleaned accuratley. The actual cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. Stains that I specifically pointed out during the initial walkthrough were still visible after the job was supposedly finished. Additionally, there was little to no attention to detail. The cushions and bottom front of the couch weren't fully cleaned. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service based on my experience. I really don't complain much and hate to leave bad reviews but I feel the service could have been better. I was initially quoted 129.00 to have sectional and area rug cleaned. Once the technician was here he upcharged stating the cost would be 225.00. The service seemed really rushed and the area rug now has brown stains that are seeping through. Those stains were never there in the beginning and it makes it look dirtier. I was told the rug would dry after a couple of hours, it is now three days later and it is still very damp and causing a horrible odor. I sat the rug outside to help with drying and bad smell. Buyer beware! We are getting ready to sell our house and this company came highly recommended. They guaranteed to clean our carpets and left us with brown out and stains, leaving our 1.5 year old carpets (no pets or kids) worse than they were to begin with. We hired them to clean a few rooms and a few spot treatments for high traffic areas. After the first cleaning, our previously cream carpets were left with brown/orange stains. After a call with the service manager, they said would rectify the situation and it would be an easy fix. They sent the same technician the following day, but the problem was not resolved and stains still remained. The next business day, I spoke again with the service manager and he claimed the technician did not use the proper technique and promised to have someone at our house by 11AM. This company was nothing but a bait and switch, in addition to that the work was poorly done. I was quoted a price of $120 over the phone , only for the technician ( for lack of a better word) to arrive and try to charge over $300. When I made the appointment, I asked what type of machine would be used to complete job, the operator explained that they used commercial grade equipment, an agitator and a steamer. However, that is not what you get when you book with them. It was never specified, or made clear at the time of booking that there would be an up charge to use the commercial grade equipment. They are not upfront about the fact that what you get is a basic, lazy, No effort cleaning for the price/quote that you are given over the phone. They don't even pretreat your carpets with any solution. ONLY water was used! MY water, which they ran for over 2 hrs as they hooked up some antiquated filthy machine to the pipe sink in my 1st floor guest bathroom. "Commercial grade equipment", my foot! Yet their website says: Included in Your Service: -Disinfecting, -Deodorizing,-Defoaming,-Color Brightner, -Grooming, -Moving Small Furniture,-Hydro jet Steam Cleaning,-Free Hallway or Ottoman. None of these things were done... because they quote you a price based on 1 service, and try to upsell you what should already be included when they arrive. When they are unable to lock you in on the doubled price, the technician gives you a lack luster cleaning that will leave your carpets looking exactly the same as when they arrived, and you completely dissatisfied! The technician refused to start until he was paid, so there was no way to gauge if we would be pleased with the work at least, until he started. Even though their website says:"We'll get your carpet clean to your satisfaction, or your job is free" I could immediately see that I was not going to be satisfied with the technicians work and called immediately and left multiple messages about this, but I couldn't get in contact with anyone because it was a Saturday. I received a call back on Monday, from a gentleman who refused to allow me to articulate my complaint to the manager or owner. He was extremely belligerent, short and refused to rectify my dissatisfaction with a refund which I requested. He never even asked to see pictures of the work. He then attempted to threaten me by challenging my dissatisfaction by revealing that the tech recorded our conversation while he was in our home. I was completely taken aback and shocked, because it was without our consent or knowledge. I then asked him to prove that they specified to us at any point when booking or during the service that there had been clear and upfront communication about the difference between a basic clean( what they sold) and an extreme clean( what they tried to upsell)... since they were recording. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What should have been a simple cleaning turned into a nightmare with water damage to our ceiling, ruined dining room chairs, and rugs that are not even clean. They drenched our carpets to the point water came through the ceiling to the floor below. It took almost 48 hours for the carpet to dry. The technician saw the water coming through, said he didn't know what happened and left. We called immediately and they said they would send someone out to do a report and never showed. We called back early the next morning and they had no record of this. They sent the same technician out to again say he didn't know what happened and he would file a report.. Our ceiling and wall have buckled from water coming through. When we call, it goes to voicemail. We were trying to give them a chance to fix their mistake but after 5 days we had to go through our own insurance to cover water remediation. They also upcharged us to clean dining room chairs and left new water stains on each of them. This doesn't even mention the missed first appointment, oil stain in our driveway, and upselling. PLEASE READ! DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" I found this "We Clean Carpet" while searching the engine for a carpet cleaner. I thought that $69 as a good deal for 2 small rooms. BUT, we the tech came he came into my house with this hideous large outdated machine with these huge hoses. He proceeded to check my 2 rooms, there were 3 urine stains from our puppy and the price went from $69 to $165. He hooked up the machine in one of my bathrooms. He used my hot water, my electricity and the nasty water spilled over in my bathroom. He captured the dirty water into an orange Hme Depot bucket and the machine short circuited 4 times because it was pulling too much current. I said I'm not going to flip my circuit breaker anymore. I had him to discontinue the job. I will NEVER EVER EVER use this horrible company again. We hired this company to clean 3 bedrooms and our living room in Lawrenceville Ga for a same day carpet clean. The staff Charles in truck 4 came promptly within the timeframe we selected. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed. Our carpet looks AMAZING! We previously pet sat 2 dog, we have 2 boys who run around and of course friends and family who visit. We needed a deep clean and sanitation the total was $250 which we found fair for 4 spaces. Very disappointed with the service that I received. I scheduled for a sofa and area rug cleaning the gentleman arrived on time and was very nice. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the cleaning of my area rug part of rug was under an ottoman, which that part of the rug was not dirty at all. The portion of the rug that was held, did need a little tender, loving care. The gentleman told me to give the rug and the sofa 24 hours before sitting on or walking on the rug. He also stated that the rug would look much better on the second day, after the cleaning unfortunately that was not true the entire rug is now ruined the part of the road that was actually white and clean is now dirty. The rug looks disgusting. I also noticed that on the receipt it states you must contact customer service within 24 hours after service has been completed.
