They are both hard working, salt of the earth type people, who not only repair personal computers and laptops, but also networks. After calling Mr. Keith, which was after his normal business hours, he graciously opened his shop back up for me to swing by so he could have a look at my water damaged laptop. After a quick look inside, he told me that my hard drive appeared to still be in working condition, while the rest of the computer had been corroded from the water. He quoted me a very fair price for the data transfer of the still working hard drive, but would continue to check into the extent of damage to the computer itself, in an attempt to save me from purchasing a new laptop.
