Came here to bring my iphone 6 due to a cracked screen. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my phone in about 2 hours. They even gave me a screen protector for free since it took longer than 1.5 hours. I spoke with Ralph. He was very informative and helpful. He did mention that iPhones do need to be sent to Apple after they've been dropped because the chip tends to fall out. I'm not sure if the chip fell out before or after I took it there, but they did do a diagnostic for free once I told them about my phone glitching after I left. It worked fine before I brought it there, but I'm not saying that dropping it did or didn't cause it. The price was reasonable. They gave me the lowest quote in the area which was $60 plus tax. They are located right next to the discount movie theater in the shopping district on Montwood and Yarborough. The store itself is very small and theres nowhere to sit and wait inside, so it's best to get some food and then come back once your electronic device is ready. **UPDATE** After a week of getting my screen fixed it stopped working and so I took it to Apple and they basically said I made a bad choice in bringing it here since they tampered with my phone. These guys are crooks. Poor customer service and business etiquette. They replace parts that don't need replacement. They upgrade MS operating systems, but if something goes wrong, they will laugh at you. Instead, go to Office Max or Best Buy. They have licensed / certified computer experts and are insured to make things go right. They also have customer service training and will provide you better service than this 3rd world establishment called "Sage Computers". After reading a compilation of complaints, I wanted to post this to let customers be aware. YOU WILL SAVE MORE TIME AND MONEY AND BE SATISFIED WITH SERVICE AT WELL-ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES! Here's part of a comment response by 'a verified owner' to an unsatisfied customer who posted on Google: "P.S. We don't show any record of you bringing in a laptop, maybe you took it some were else or there is no laptop at all, if you wish to resolve any issue like an adult and in person, you are more then welcomed to stop by, but please leave your attitude at home, I'm thinking you had the Monday blues." You can see how defensive this verified owner is. This type of communication from the owner's end is very unprofessional...which is a reflection on how work will be done on your computer if you take it there. I am not saying that this will be the case every time, but should there be a gamble when taking your computer for service at a facility? NO. Also, any MCSE will tell you that clearing viruses from any bootable computer does NOT require reinstallation of Windows. If your computer can boot, don't take reinstallation as an option. It only takes 15 minutes max to clear viruses from a computer by a trained technician. read more

My computer had the blue screen of death after a Windows update, I attempted to fix it for 4 hours to no avail, so I dropped it off on Friday, had it back by Thursday morning and they were able to save all my documents and pictures and then restart Windows with the correct updates! All for only $70! Where geek squad is $200+ Just to diagnose the problem. Very happy with the service and they support the military with a discount! read more

I brought a console in for repairs because it wouldnt let me run any games or apps, I had checked one more time an hour before as an extra precaution and it couldn't run anything and once I got there the guy says It wouldn't turn on so I knew they were ripping me off, besides that I let it slide and just left it there.they had said they would know what's wrong with it in a couple days but it took them two weeks once they did the price was outrageous and they didn't reduce it for the extra wait time for screen repairs this place is good but besides that I don't recommend it read more
