Thomas Hennigan is a the worst type of person and a scam artist! Couldn't believe this man actually attempted to defame my character & threatened me over $35 because he made a error! Came by to do a repair on my sons iPhone 6s. Arrived an hour & 15 minutes later than promised. He did repair and left. When my son arrived home to set up his fingerprint on the phone it wouldn't set up. I contacted Thomas to speak about this. Was charged $55 for a screen and $35 for a home button. The home button does NOT work. Pictures and video below for proof! I would be extremely cautious with doing business with this company especially Thomas Hennigan! He sent threats to me about publicizing the experience I had endured!! I've been using tom for years. He has fixed phones for me for my son and my friends. He always gets the repairs done in a timely fashion! He even has a mobile service he will come to your location and fix it up. I found his information by just googling iPhone repair. His companies name is We Fix iPhones. You call him up and he'll come to you right away. The repairs are quick and the parts are pretty good. They are not low quality. I had an issue with a repair a few years ago and I called him up and he fixed the issue that I had. So I understand that not all repairs go as expected but what I expect is someone who Stashas by his work. This is something that tom does. I've read some of the reviews below and to be honest. I think they are blown way out of proportion . I'm also a small business owner so I definitely understand he demands that are put on small business owners. This guy is decent... I was in Kennesaw running some errands and accidentally dropped my iPhone 11 Pro Max leaving a restaurant and shattered my screen! I searched up "iPhone repair near me" and called this company expecting to go to a store and wait an hour or so to get it fixed, but the gentleman over the phone said he would come to me and fix it right from his van! He arrived in 15 minutes and had the phone repaired and back in my hands in less than 10 minutes!! I watched him do the entire repair right from the driver seat, it was incredible. This business is honestly revolutionary and I paid less than what I would usually pay where I live! I'm saving this phone number and calling this company for anything iPhone related in the future, and I was told I wouldn't even have to come back to Kennesaw for their service, they'll travel to me anywhere in Atlanta! I absolutely love Thomas, he has been fixing my phone for years. He always is as friendly as can be with a nice conversation and a quick repair. He now comes directly to our house and fixes my children's phones in the kitchen. I swear he has them done in less than 15 minutes. You literally cannot beat his prices I've called around over the years and always do my due diligence trust me. I'm not a big Yelper but he was at my house again to fix my sons iPhone X. DO NOT use this man services! The man who owns this veteran ran company claims to be a former marine but is telling his unsatisfied customers to suck his dick! A iPhone 11 pro screen needed fixed and once t6he job was done and he took off I walked inside to realize that the screen was glitching BAD! I used the website he provided to do resets and updates to see if this might solve the problem. when these updates and resets were not working we reached back out only to be told we will not be given a refund, he will not come back out and fix it for free OR for another charge, and then proceeded to tell me to suck his dick! yes sir, your truly a GREAT servicemen... Great service as always. I'm clumsy so I've used him twice now. Saved my butt during finals week a few days ago cause I couldn't sign in to take my last online final without the Authenticator on my phone which was inaccessible since I had dropped my phone and broken the screen and touch sensitivity that morning. He drove to me like he did the last time and had a very nice conversation with me while fixing my phone in less than ten minutes so I could be on my way to finish my finals. Very satisfied! I broke my cell phone days ago and couldn't think to fix it because the other places asked me about 100. Finally, when I felt desperate and decided to fix, I found his and called and simply got a quote! 40 dollars! Even he is working Mon through Sunday! So, for the students who take classes during week, really good place to just stop by and let him fix. Even he doesn't need hours. He fixed mine (charging port problem) and my girl friend's (back side crack) together in 20 mins. So, reliable! My son dropped my Iphone and cracked the screen on a Sat night. Went to At&t and Apple store RIDICULOUS prices, found this site online and called on a Sunday around 4:30pm. I was told to come in to get it fixed: First I got lost but Tom offered to meet me and fix the phone, since I was already out he guided me to his establishment. Once there I was greeted with a professional mannerism the phone phone was fixed in 14mins tops. VERY VERY reasonable price and the phone was fixed before the payment was received. Tom was very easy to work with and did a great job fixing the screen on my iPhone5. He charged me $90 and was able to meet the the same day. His approach is a little unorthodox - he'll meet you in front of his apartment, and then have you wait outside while he take your phone inside to fix the screen (I believe he's a college student at KSU). The entire process was very quick, about 10 minutes, and Tom is very professional throughout. He told me the price on the phone upfront, then when I arrived told me I could pay after he fixed it. I was very impressed with Thomas. He was professional and courteous. Most importantly, he has skills!!! I highly recommend using him. He was the most reasonable of everyone we called. I am so happy I found this company! The price to repair my mom's cracked iPad screen was unbeatable and the service was great. The owner Tom was very accommodating and polite.
