We were amazed by the speed of the service we received - it was the fastest we've ever experienced. We texted the company at around 8:30pm to inquire about their availability to fix my husband's shattered screen (phone flickering all sorts of colors), and provided our location. Just 20 minutes later, the technician said he could be at our house in 15 minutes. To our surprise, he fixed the phone in just 5 minutes. TOTALLY REGRET using these guys' services. It's been completely stressful for me since they replaced my broken screen a few months ago. The iPhone X screen that they put on my phone is really bad quality (trash). My phone types passwords by itself making my phone lock for more than 15 minutes, the sensor when calling someone doesn't work. I can't leave my phone inside my pocket or backpack because it starts calling/texting random people. I would rather stay with my old but not fake screen than this one that you guys put on my phone. I DO NOT recommend fixing your phone with this company, unless you want to be stressed like l ended up. If you don't want to go through any stress, I recommend you finding an authorized phone assistance. Just because it's cheap it doesn't mean it is good quality. My answer and question to the business owner: Why did you even replace my screen for a second time and didn't let me know that it could happen? If you did let me know before I wouldn't even spend more money replacing the screen for the second time. I guess you guys are just worried about the money and not with your customers. I'd rather write you guys negative reviews than letting the same thing happen to other people. And I contacted you guys after the first time you replaced it regarding the same problem with the touchscreen, but I ended up being charged for a new screen replacement that has the same problem as the first one you guys replaced. AMAZING! I've never ever got any of my previous phones fixed at all. Whenever it has cracks, glitches or stop working i would just upgrade. However today was different, I had a long day & was indeed of my phone to contact & do remote work. Going to my phone carrier would take hours to process things or even weeks to get a new Iphone. Took my S22 Ultra in for a screen replacement. They put the wrong screen on my phone. The reason I can tell is now there's a bevel around the edge instead of the proper edge display and the graphics around the front facing camera are offset from their proper place. The s pen sensor doesn't work properly and constantly pings me with notifications that the pen is away from the phone. The screen constantly flickers and occasionally the whole screen just turns to static. They even put the wrong color metal frame back on to my phone. I don't trust anyone who would knowingly or unknowingly put the wrong parts on your phone without saying a word about it before or after. This repair already cost over $300 and now I'm debating just debating if I have to buy a new phone. read more

This is LONG overdue since @wefixphonesoahu helped me out nearly 5 months ago. Better late than never. My friends iPhone was ALL BUSTED up, it was a bit embarrassing TBH, the screen was sad to look at . She is a flight attendant and would show me pictures of her travels and I couldn't see past the cracks all over her screen. I just visited the store to fix my grandson's speaker. Dane told me he would order the parts and the parts would come in 2 days. Dane told me he would not be in when I came back and to ask for his brother Brett. I went down when the parts came in and Brett told me the phone will be repaired by 1:00pm. Sure enough at 1:00pm I got the call to pick up my phone. The phone worked like new and I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was for parts and labor. I know Brett from a previous visit to have my other grandson's phone fixed when the screen went black from getting wet. It still worked so Brett met me 1st thing in the morning to check it out. He told me he could change the screen but then my grandson banged around his phone so much, the sd card was stuck and the case could not open. Brett did his very best but could not open the sd card slot. It took over 2 hours of trying and he did not charge me anything for trying that long. The customer service is awesome!! Brett and Dane knows how to treat their customers and I will keep on referring my friends and I will keep on going back to get my phones fix when they break. read more

I was tolerating this for a few days but then when it really stopped responding I had to accept that it really was broken.
