Big Easy (New Orleans) style shaved ice! Certainly the best shaved ice that I've experienced in the NW. The ice is summer cloud fluffy and finely shaved like a southern gentlemen. This gives it a wonderful creamy flavor especially when it is paired with sweet cream, coconut cream, or chocolate. We Ice adds a uniquely southern flare with flavors like king cake, wedding cake, and red hot. Butter beer is a personal favorite when watching a Harry Potter marathon. When it's a warm summer night I like to mix king cake, doughnut, and sweet cream for a Purple Beignet not on the menu. And for the cool Tri-Cities evening add a bit of Red Hot to the mix for a spicy heat. My only complaint is that later in the snow cone season the ice can become chunky and loose the fluffy delightfulness. Maybe due to pre-made ice cups or a dull ice blade. Hopefully this is a consideration for this year, but join the party early this spring/summer for the best shaved ice around. read more

Visiting friends and they had to take us to We Ice. The best shaved ice ever. So many flavor combinations and the ice is so fine that the syrups don't separate from the ice. I wish they had one in Olympia! I tried coconut cream pie. And then had to sample some of the kids which were caramel apple and strawberry shortcake. read more

My absolute favorite sno cone ever!! I above and beyond love this place and every person that works here. The owners are two serious kick a** women-nuff said. And the product used for toppings is a beautiful mystery- there's caramel sauce, white chocolate sauce, sweet cream, chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and whipped cream that top the flavored shaved ice from the gods. It's not something I'd take a kid to because they'll never shut up and forever be asking for more, it's a gem I keep to myself for some special "me" time because it's seriously therapeutic. The moment I tried We Ice I knew we had a winner on our hands, it's inexpensive, the texture is that of NOTHING else I have ever tried and it's SO TASTY! I love the Root Beer Float, my wife loves the Happy Traveler. I thought the only place I could get great Shave Ice was in Hawaii... now I have it a few miles from my home!
