I reported this to the owner Richardo Martinez. He claimed he would pay for the damage. That was 12 months ago. There have been over 50/60 calls to him along with text messages. He is doing nothing but avoiding the issue and claimed I WAS TRYING TO CHEAT HIM!!! I'll let the Better Business Bureau and Small Claims Court decide. Don't even think of using this this lawn service. Their lawn service is average at best. The cracked Pella energy window was the final straw. Avoid them at all costs! Totally disgraceful behavior! If you are thinking of using them DON'T . If you are using them now TERMINATE THEM NOW. Totally disreputable awful company along with the owner!!!!

Avoid working with this company at all costs. I hired them to install a sprinkler system and it has…read morebeen a complete disaster. They used an outside contractor for the work who took shortcuts and did a terrible job. I had an immediate problem with the backflow, which would fail and flood (see pictures). At one point, the contractor told me that he was done and that I should contact the owner to fix the problem. They checked my water pressure before installation and said it was good. Of course, after installation, the water pressure for the sprinkler system was horrible (see pictures below). Entire sections of my yard were not covered and died during the summer (see pictures). The backflow continued to fail and they moved the pipes into my home and had to cut into my home. Now I have leaks in my house. The owner has promised, probably a dozen times, to fix the issue but he hasn't. I'm trying to renovate my yard and to plant new trees and flowers. Unfortunately, I can't until and unless I pay another company $2,500 to fix US Lawns' botched sprinkler job. Stay away from US Lawns at all costs, even if they're the cheapest company around.

I contacted the U.S Lawns via email to share my discontent after repeated instances of this so that it could be rectified the next time they came to provide their services. In return I received an email from the president of the company Marcelo Doglio, not apologizing or taking accountability for a terrible job done by his company.
