Impeccable from start to finish. First of all, there are a MILLION and one bounce house companies....BUT they were the only one I found that didn't list their items online as "call for pricing and availability". The website was GREAT. You enter the date of event, see exact price, add to cart, checkout. If you have a question you can chat right there with them. No need to call. For me, that is priceless. Once we booked the coolest obstacle inflatable ever with a generator and an attendant, they called a couple days before to confirm with us and they did all the paperwork with the county, since we were having the party at a county park. They sent a bunch of emails during the days leading up to the event, explaining set up procedures, payment options, what to expect, etc etc... I didnt have to move a finger. They arrived 2 hours before the event to set up, it was a very sweet family, they even had drone photography and video to record the setup to post on their social media. I love how high tech and saavy they are when it comes to online presence! The attendant was very nice and great with the kids. She brought her own cooler with water and snacks and was very respectful. The breakdown was very thorough. They spent about another hour cleaning the inflatable, scrubbing every corner, blowing all the leaves off of it, I was quite impressed. The payment was all virtual and painless. All in all, I am extremely pleased with them, and so were all my guests. I got compliments from all the parents saying how cool that inflatable was, how friendly the attendant was, and how impeccable the bounce house was. I would recommend this company 1000%. read more

Lenny and team did a great job! They communicated adequately before the party to let me know about set up times and when to expect them. They had the bounce house set up before we even arrived to the park for my children's birthday party! All the kids really enjoyed the Disney dual slide/bounce house and played for pretty much the entire 4 hours! We appreciated Lenny's hard work to dry out the bounce house when we had an unexpected thunder storm before guests arrived. Very appreciative of this company and their excellent service! Ordered a water slide and a cotton candy machine and although at first the water slide was not working properly ..they came back out within 20 minutes and fixed the issue. They were professional and on time! I would definitely use them again! Easy company to work with. We have used them twice for a Tree Island Estates Association event held on July 4th. The delivery is always well in advance of the start time. We have to have same day setup and removal, they provide that even on the holiday. This company will be our go to rental provider for all events.
