My daughter first had Lola who was so sweet and patient because my daughter is a handful and full of energy and it can be hard for her to pay attention (that's why I got private lessons). And then she had Julia which I saw an improvement in her and she also had Emily both great instructors, I saw so much improvement and they got her to listen and pay attention she followed directions, she went from level 2 to level 3. I had originally paid for 8 lessons, but I had seen so much improvement I went ahead and paid for 4 more classes. Every week i would see her in the water i would see something new that she was learning. This is the best money I've ever spent, I've told my friends about it, it's so worth it, I'm actually thinking of taking lessons myself. It has been a week since I emailed them to confirm cancellation via their email system on their website. I haven't heard back yet. I have left a couple voice messages on their one and only contact phone number listed on the website. I am concerned that they will make me pay another month's tuition since I have not heard back. This is unprofessional and a bit scary that I can't seem to talk or get in touch with anyone at this company. I really hope to hear from someone soon... I received a call back from someone, the following day. She stated that she was in class all day and apologized for not returning call sooner.
