At one point my daughter got upset because she wanted to go into the play area while I was quickly grabbing a drink refill. She's three, so a little fussing happens sometimes. I was actively handling the situation and even apologized to the worker who came up to me and asked what was wrong, letting her know it would probably only take a minute or two for me to calm her down. Instead of giving me space to manage my own child, the employee responded with "within reason" and continued hovering. The whole situation was handled quickly, once I got my drink and sat it down at the table in the play area, I was able to redirect my daughter to the rides and everything was fine. Also note, her father was there next to my daughter and she chose ME to come up to vs the father (he is perfectly capable). What made the interaction frustrating is that my daughter is autistic, and we are working through situations like this as she learns to navigate busy environments. This outing was actually a big step for our family to see how she would do in a place like this, and overall she did great! We are so proud of her. She wasn't bothering anyone, and the moment of fussing passed quickly. Parents, especially those with children who have special needs sometimes just need a moment to help their child regulate. A little understanding and patience would go a long way. The kids ended up having a great time after that, but the unnecessary interference from the staff member definitely left a bad impression. I hope management reminds staff that sometimes the best thing they can do is simply give parents the space to handle their children. The food was not that great but it's geared toward kids so we didn't mind.

One of…read morethe best parts is not having to stress about older kids running around or little ones getting trampled. What really stood out is that it's way more than the usual play spots. Instead of just a jungle gym and ball pit, they actually have little themed areas like mini kitchens and small workshop setups, which makes it so much more engaging. There's also this fun little roller coaster-style toy my baby absolutely loved. It really helped her practice motor skills and stay active in a more intentional way instead of just running around. The staff were super nice and everything was really clean. They even had high chairs available, and they were already spotless and ready to use, which made things so much easier as a parent. Overall, it felt safe, clean, and actually designed with younger toddlers in mind. Definitely one of the better play spaces we've been to and we'll for sure be coming back.

This was for both my daughter and me. You are required to have socks. They have socks you can buy if you don't have your own. The point of the socks is because you don't want shoes on the play area when the babies and kids crawl. It's to keep everything clean. There's two different play sections. There's a section that has an area for them to climb, a ball pit, and a little thing they can spin in. Then there's the other side that has multiple toys for the kids to play and use their imagination! There's different play kitchens, a grocery store, a pet hospital, a castle and so much more. You can also host a birthday party here. There's two different rooms. I believe you have the option to rent out and share with the public or you can rent out the entire space for a private party. The nice thing is they have pricing available on the website. They also sell small snacks and drinks. There's a changing station in the bathroom as well. And overall the place is clean. Definitely will be returning especially on rainy and super hot days!

Plenty of things to encourage movement play as well as creative and logic/problem solving skills. Caregiver adults are welcome to play with their children, and there are also adult seating areas if the kids just want to play on their own, with direct line of sight to easily keep an eye on your little ones. Clean bathroom for adults and also includes a changing area for babies. Snacks available for purchase. Everything always seems clean and inviting. The adults are either friendly and welcoming or at minimum, polite and just interacting with their own kids. An excellent option for indoor play on hot or rainy days.

So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids, lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

There's a good mix of activities and play structures that kept everyone entertained, from the littlest ones to the bigger kids. One thing to note is that grip socks are required, and they're $3 a pair if you don't bring your own. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind before you go. Overall, it's a clean, lively spot with lots to do, and we'll definitely be back!
