My personal SUV Had a small mechanical failure and the Shop I took it to recommended this place…read moresince they could not repair my SUV until the next day and I was on vacation. First let me say I totally admire and respect them for there business savvy. Now this is NOT a place you wanna rent a car from if your primary concern is overall looks of what you drive. The car which they gave us reminded me of an accident recovery vehicle or on that had been junked and rebuilt (Traction control not working) But it looked like a nice used car and it ran and ran very well! I rather drive something that i know will get me to my destination then something that looks totally new but is going to leave me on the side of the road half way there...you feel me? The cost to rent the vehicle was around $60 for a 24 hr period and it was well worth the price and far cheaper then let's say Enterprise or Budget. They even gave us a convertible and the top did work! however I primary focus was trying to continue or vacation. Check-in was normal paper work, photo copy of license etc. Check-out...WAS A BREEZE! unlike your bigger rental car places it was like giving the keys back to a buddy after borrowing there ride less than 3 minutes whoo-hoo beat that! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent a safe, reliable, cheap car especially if you wanna save cash... These Guys are great!

This rental business only gets stars for their friendliness and courteousness. They are nice…read morepeople. But they run a junkyard and those are the cars you rent from them. Very bad cars. I'm surprised ours got us up to Clingman's Dome. 2006 van with 160,000 and moldy on the inside. I'd much rather pay Enterprise for a new car rental.

Raw sewage smell permeated the cabin. The office was closed and we couldn't reach anyone to help…read more We moved to a hotel on the strip in Pigeon Forge. This was a horrible experience and we never received any response from management. No refund. No reply. They kept our payment. The cabin was not fit for human habitation.

This review is based on my stay at "The Blessing" in the end of September, 2014…read more The Good - - the cabin has amazing views of the Wears Valley. - the cabin was clean, had a nice selection of cookware, & the beds were very comfortable. - the hot tub on the deck looked out over the view. - the cabin is located on a street with not many other homes. The bad - - the cabin is located high up on the mountain (good) but the road is very narrow & it's got a lot of sharp turns. If you're an older person & don't like to drive at night you won't be able to leave the cabin. - the hot tub is filled with well water & it smells bad. Also after one use it started to make brown foam. - the Internet is a joke. You'd be better to use a Motorola Razr for Internet. - the deck could use a remodel We booked our cabin rental for ten people. We were able to get a deal through the website where we got 3 days for the price of 2. The check in at the office was a breeze. I'm (as my avatar shows) a younger male. I've always been told that I look young. I checked in with my boyfriend who equally looks young, however we're both 30. The woman at the check in desk was very friendly, although she asked if we were going to be "partying". I'm not sure if she thought we were going to be setting things on fire & screaming the whole night. I like a drink(s) but I don't get crazy. I understand that she had to ask, but I also signed a damages release so if we did, they had my card on file. The cabin is located high up a mountain. It allows for GORGEOUS views of the valley & of the sunset. The road to get up the cabin is a treacherous one. It's one lane in some parts & at the base of the mountain you have to turn onto what looks like drive ways but they're just connecting roads. Your cars GPS will not find it. The cabin itself was clean. It was a very comfortable cabin to stay in. It has "wifi" internet. The Internet was so slow it was useless. A six person hot tub is on the somewhat rotten deck. The hot tub had a very odd odor that after a call from the office we discovered is filled with well water & that caused the smell. It was a rotten egg/chemical smell. After one use of the tub it started to make brown foam. It was a bummer. You're provided with a metal box to put the trash in to keep away the animals. We didn't see any animals unfortunately but we did find a dead scorpion under one of the downstairs beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would rent again from TimberCreek Cabin Rentals.
