Our representative Lindsay just finished up getting our roofing project set up at our home in Roy. Here are our thoughts about her and her work with us: 1. Of all the evaluations of our current roof, only Lindsay made a full and complete inspection of our roof, finding concerns that no other representative even made a note. 2. Lindsay explained all the findings, showing us photos of the problems, and ensured we understood all that she found. No other representative even came close to explaining the problems and the impact on our project. 3. She anticipated our questions at our first meeting, and when we had some other questions that I sent to her on Sunday, responded immediately that night with answers - above and beyond what we were expecting. 4. She showed the products and materials, explaining how they all worked together for a complete system, and worked with us to choose what would work with our home. 5. She explained the lifetime warranty and how this roof would be the last one for which we would have to pay, and that the warranty would be transferable to the next seller. 6. She ensured us that our plantings and grounds would be protected, and if we found damage, WeatherBuilt would take care of it. No other company representative made this explicit statement. 7. Lindsay was personable, professional, and exceptionally open to responding to us as we met with her. 8. She gave us a quote that we understood: lower than one of WeatherBuilt's major competitor's, and while higher (much) than the low quote, gave us the risk-mitigation for which we looked. 9. After meeting with her, we found that other companies' representatives simply could not compare with her presentation. All in all, Lindsay was absolutely the "gold-standard" by which we evaluated all other companies and representatives. With effective documentation we were able to identify cost-effective and appropriate residing with Hardyplank.
