my roof was not tarped properly during a rain storm. this lead to massive water damage throughout…read moremy duplex which is my rental property. the restoration company that came out was never paid by the owner of North Shield (he refused to take out an insurance claim and instead agreed to pay out of pocket which didn't happen) a lien was to be put on my duplex due to the unpaid bill. I ended up having to pay the bill and was never reimbursed. instead he continually gives me the runaround and excuse after excuse. i plan to file with small claims court this week
