Ok. it's true. I have a problem, I have a fabric problem. But! Fabric is so much fun! So many…read morethings to create, and all these fun fabrics available to use! I am staying near the Harrisonburg area for a few months, and lucky for me I brought my sewing machine! I have been working on a few sewing projects and was looking to find a few local fabric stores to check out. This is one of my favorites! It is located in something similar to a farmers market. The Shenandoah Heritage Market. They have a large selection of fabric, and many many prints I have never seen before. Prices are about average for this type of business. That is to say no coupons or major discounts like you might find at Joann's. Fabric prices range from about 8 - $12 a yard. However the quality is very good and the fabrics are beautiful! So if you're in the area stop in and check it out! Just might find something to get creative with!

It is located in a building along with other specialty shops. They have a big variety of quality fabrics to chose for your next project. This store is well organized and has very knowledgeable sales staff. I wanted to buy a pattern for one of their display quilts. Unfortunately, they were sold out but the sales associate took the time to look on her computer and find me the name and designer, so I could purchase it online. She also gave me permission to take a picture of the quilt, which sometimes, other shops won't allow that. I found 2 quick and easy quilt kits to purchase that they had put together with their own patterns. I am from out of state, but would recommend that any quilter stop by. Local quilters are fortunate to have this resource.
