This little strip just tucked behind the 111 is a small but decent area with high end retail, restaurants, boutiques shops and more. Somewhat a little mini rodeo drive.... lol... There's plenty of street parking as well as some parking structure near the shopping center. Walking along the street are cute one of a kind boutiques, art galleries, restaurants of all sort and chain stores. It's well maintained to keep up that nice lush and posh feel. The outdoor mall area has your usual higher end retails with Arhaus home, Pottery Barn, Saks Fifth Ave, Gucci, Bottega Venetta, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, and more. Walking through the outdoor mall, it's a cute spot for lounging or just an afternoon of shopping. Beautiful landscape with nice seating areas. I feel like it caters more to the holiday makers than the locals. You'll have people constantly visiting the restaurant as there's loads of higher end dining as well as someplace for something fast and casual. Loads of cute art galleries and home decor stores. Majority of the retails are a little higher end but you'll get the regular shops like Alo, Anthropologie and more. It's a cute little shopping and dining area tucked in the desert. A fun place that worth checking out if you haven't been.

The Cheese shop next door is glorious for lunch. That spinach salad yum. Followed up with a sweet treat across the street at the Gelato shop. So yummy. Their strawberry cup is so freaking good. Of course the little boutiques are also awesome. Christy is one of my favorites also at Sage. Lol. Definitely recommend spending a day or two here.

In the North end of town, right before the entrance to the Tramway, this is a funky little shopping plaza that with some of the best home decor stores around! The stores are filled with Mid-Century antiques, art, playful décor and the plaza even has a dispensary. Besides these great furniture and home stores, the shopping center also has a beloved coffee shop, an Italian owned Italian Restaurant. The italian restaurant is actually how I discovered the plaza itself. Came in for dinner and saw all the amazing window displays and new stores, so I had to return the next day! And have been back many times since. Definitely worth checking out, if you are a fan of Mid-Century home furnishings. The stores vary on selection and pricing, but they are all devotees to this period in time!

This is the Marshalls I hit up the most because of their housewares and Pet section…read more Amongst my friends, we call this specific Marshalls the untapped resource. We have multiple Tj Maxx, Ross, HomeGoods and Marshalls in the Coachella valley but this Marshalls on Ramon road has the best housewares and furkid stuff. You need a 10 qt stock pot? This Marshall's will have one Need an extra extra large dog bed for your big guy? This Marshall's is the spot I know they all get supplied by the same stock truck but this particular Marshalls gets an extra helping from the truck of the ornate and usuals houseware goods. I've notice they have better indoor and outdoor table cloths than the Ross next door or the TJ Maxx down in south Palm Springs. Better silverware choices, better cleaning supplies, better mugs. You get the idea. I will say- I haven't had much luck in finding decent clothes at this site because it feels more like a HomeGoods. I'd like to shout out Tristian at the front. I went in and wanted to return an item and he helped me locate a replacement- Super friendly and easy peasy. He smiled the whole time, asked me how my day was and solved my problem in one try.

I've found numerous pairs of shoes and clothes for myself and my family at this store and, of course, obviously, when you buy lots of items, some items will turn out to be returns. Over the 17 years that I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars, this horrible, tiny, little older man has followed me around his store and has made every encounter with him as nasty as possible. I finally had to complain about his outrageous outburst behavior to the Marshall's corporate office for screaming and yelling at me over having to return a knit blouse that had a hole in it that I hadn't spotted when I purchased it. In front of an entire lineup of customers behind me, Steve decided to throw a hissy fit yelling and screaming and shouting at me that: "We don't carry that brand of clothing in our store", which was a complete lie as it was from the Ivanka Trump clothing line that Marshall's and TJmaxx did carry and we're selling until the brand was discontinued and whatever was left was placed in their clearance section. Steve then kept away from me until I found him in the shopping cart area, having followed me out there from inside the store and he told me to hand him my shopping cart and he pushed it away. several evenings ago, I had a return to make to Marshall's that I put into a TJmaxx plastic bag, which Steve obviously spotted since I wasn't trying to hide it, by any means. I saw Steve rush into his office when he saw me. (I'm pretty hard to miss, I'm tall, a former model and always well dressed and groomed.) When l gather up some things on clearance and went up to the cash register, Steve had obviously called over there to have the older female employee hassle me by demanding that I give her my drivers license, because, in her words, "It's been more than 30 days since I'd purchased the items." Immediately joining the cashier was apparently another manager or someone from security, both of whom looked at me so very oddly, both of whom examined every inch and detail of my face and makeup and the clothes that I was wearing, it was completely rude and shocking, but I continued to stand there, comply with giving my license and waiting as the cashier ran my information through her computer and found nothing, because there was nothing to find. She held up my drivers license and loudly proclaimed my name, for what purpose, I have no idea. I've never ever asked to hand over my drivers license when I've had my receipt, but this was a ruse perpetrated to access information about me in their database, I assume. Steve, the horrible little manager, never made an appearance during any of this, he was orchestrating the unnecessary drama behind his 'Wizard of Oz' curtain from his office and had, yet again, managed to viciously harass me, create drama and make me vow to never ever shop at that store again.

Something similar to the Northridge or even Burbank mall when I first walked in. There's plenty of parking and a covered structure which is a major plus out here in the desert. The summer heat and walking back to your car after it's been sitting out, no bueno. For the two main departments stores, Macys on one end and JC Penny's on the other end. Macys also has a home store which you don't see as often. The other bigger stores, Dicks and Barnes and Nobles. Then inside you have the usual stores, nothing fancy. There's your usual H&M which is decent size, Victoria Secrets, Hollister, American Eagle, Tilly's, Bath and Body Works, Express and a few other retail store you would expect inside a mall. Nothing fancy but the usual. Then there's some small business which seemed like they're family owned. The mall isn't that big, a good length from one end to the other. I walked in on Mother's Day's for the first time which they were hosting afternoon tea right in the middle of the plaza. It was cute and raffles were given with prizes offered from the retail insides. In my opinion, it's a mall. Nothing major or special about it. You would think that if it is the only main mall in town, it should be worth it. But I guess it'll do.

The first thing I saw was how FRESH and HEALTHY everything looked. The ingredients were vibrant and clearly prepared with care. After speaking with the owner, I learned this is a FAMILY OWNED business that recently opened, and I was one of their early customers. That made the experience even more meaningful. For my first visit, I tried the tuna wrap and it was AMAZING. The owner was PASSIONATE about the food and took the time to explain the menu and the value is great. You can tell there is real pride behind what they serve. They also offer WRAPS, FRESH SALADS, AND BURGERS, so there are plenty of options depending on what you want. The atmosphere was FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, AND FAMILY ORIENTED. If I am back at the mall, I will definitely come again. IF YOU ARE AT THE SHOPS AT PALM DESERT, GO UPSTAIRS AND CHECK OUT IT'S A WRAP. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
