Went test drove the truck, left rear was low on air, salesman said due to cold weather. They delivered the truck with no tire issues, drove to Ga and both front and rear driver side tires low. Took to near by tire dealer, three of the four tires had to be replaced, multiple plugs in each tire that was leaking, this was after statement said all tires were good. Was interested in a car from webber. They sent me a video of it running and it had a engine noise. I asked about it and he said the noise was coming from the shop. We drive from NY and didn't hear nothing when I started it up, so we purchased it. A little while later the noise was back, same exact noise, same noise in video. Of coarse there is no warranty and they said, we'll we offered after market warranty for a few thousand more, you should of bought it. I bring it to a ford dealer, they pulled motor and the bearings were heavily scored along with cylinder number 1 and ring damage. Approx 10,000 for long block and labor. So now 40k for a car that's pushing 6 years old. The engine would start the noise when it was completely warmed up, and thats why I didnt hear it untill a few hours later driving it home.It needs a new motor. They sent me a paper saying they will pay 1,200 with a 100 deductible. Yup 1,100 total and I would have to drive 11 hours back there . Lol , wow I hope this helps all who thought about buying from webber. Also watch out for slight changes of name for this business. I had a noise coming from my car then the safety feature shut the car down to keep from doing any major damage to the car so with my motor intake i had the car towed to Webber Automotove shop because they did the work in the first place im all the way from Burlington NC i had my car towed when it arrived to the shop i told them not to try and start the car check it out first to see what the problem was hours had gone by no call so i had to call them just for the lady at the desk to tell me the mechanic tried and tried to start the car and finally he got it started then he threw a rod thru my engine and i have to get a new motor to fix the problem the owner gave me two quotes one engine a used 392 for over 14 thousand dollars then the other a used 5.7 for over 10 thousand dollars when i stated not start the car so the owner and i got in argument instead of him being a real business man and owner didnt even have the guts to do the right thing and own up to his mechanic screwing up my motor completely I'll never go there again worst experience ever. read more

So sugary sweet . . . until something goes wrong. Bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta for work. According to Webber it's in perfect condition. Like a new one they said. If anything goes wrong, bring it back to us. We'll fix it. We value our reputation. Soon after buying the car, I realize the A/C isn't working. I take it back to Webber. Oh, no problem. We'll take care of it for you sir. We can't figure out what's wrong, though, so take it to these guys. They'll be able to fix it and don't worry, we'll take care of it. We value you as a customer. The compressor is bad. $1000.00 to fix it. Really, Webber mechanics couldn't figure out the compressor was bad? Ring . . . ring . . . this is Webber. Oh, well we can't cover something that big. If it was just something minor, we would fix it. Our warranty only covers power train. I mean, I know we are a bunch of shysters and we sold you the car fully aware the compressor was bad but since we're such nice guys, we'll save you a few bucks and fix it for $600.00. Don't trust these folks no matter how genuine and nice they seem. They are typical scam used car dealers. My family goes through life trying to be good honest people. We want to trust others and give them the benefit of the doubt but that's tough when you have scoundrels like Webber in the world. read more

I work and live close to the used dealership. They really could care less if they sell to you. I tried to purchase a vehicle and when I was ready to purchase they said they had to send to the dealership to get something fixed. Maybe they didn't want to sell to someone local that could bring back. A friend also wanted to look and know the price of a vehicle and they kept giving him the run around. All he wanted was some info in the vehicle. Its like they were hiding something again. Either way first and last time I'll go back. read more

Bought my first truck from these guys back in early February of 2020. A 2014 Toyota Tundra. These guys had installed aftermarket wheels and tires on the truck before purchase and it looked great. After the test drive I was playing with all the functions and found out that the sunroof motor was broken. Nobody had mentioned it beforehand yet when the manager (Walt) came out to check it out he acted like they had known about it. Red Flag #1. A month or so later when I could get the truck back to them, they fixed the sunroof for free. Very fair treatment. Then, the fun started. I went to get my first oil change and tires rotated at another shop and to my surprise, they couldn't get the wheels off. The lug nuts that were installed were breaking off, almost every one of them on one tire. So the local shop stopped after the first tire and told me to go back to this dealer to make them figure it out. I showed up to Webber and they also couldn't get the wheels off, I was told by Jeremy that he didn't know what was wrong. He claims that the lug nuts they installed were the correct part and that it was something "weird" about Toyota's studs for the wheel. So, they then proceeded to drill out the studs to replace them with bigger studs. The drilling wasn't done with care for the truck at all. Check out the pictures I've added to this post. I haven't had a smooth ride since this incident (about 3 months after I bought the truck). They completely tore up the brand new wheels so bad that the lug nuts can't get a proper seat or proper torque anymore. The truck vibrates like it's out of balance constantly and the only way to fix it now is to buy 4 new wheels. The worst part about it all is that when I went to pick up the truck when I asked Jeremy if they got the wheels off and he acted like everything was fine. AND then proceeded to charge me 300+ dollars for new studs. So I got charged an extra $300 (plus the $1500 for new wheels now, not including the wear and tire to my tires) for them to do an awful job and not own up to their mistake of either installing the wrong lug nuts or just the wrong wheel assembly in general on this truck. I'm young and don't know much about trucks but I do know that I got bent over by these guys and would recommend avoiding at all costs. read more
