They walked us through my son's orthodontia plan, set up a payment plan that worked for us, and were always helpful with appointments. However there is more intervention needed with a cleft than without and the treatment is not the same. Dr. Golden was extremely knowledgeable even with my son's circumstances. I experienced that corporate mentality at another dental practice and that is why I left and chose Smile Obsession. I had to cancel my cleaning because of a severe tendinitis flare in my shoulder and knee -- I physically couldn't drive or sit through the appointment. When I called to explain, the response was flat and unsympathetic. I was told the next available cleaning wasn't until October, with no offer of a cancellation list and no attempt to help. What makes this especially frustrating is that they call me about once a week asking if I want to come in for last‑minute openings when they have cancellations. But when I had a legitimate medical issue, suddenly there was no flexibility and no interest in accommodating a long‑time patient. After three decades with this practice, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- just basic courtesy. The way this was handled made it clear that loyalty doesn't count for much here anymore. At this point, I'm planning to find a different dentist for myself, my kids, and anyone else I care about. I still believe they could have handled this with more understanding, but they chose not to, and that's what ultimately pushed me to move on.

It is apparent how much Dr. Frazier cares about his patients and that it goes beyond just a job. Highly recommend!
