I've utilized Webfoot for a large project last year and was pleased so I hired them for this recent project. This rating is for Joey and Russ, finish carpenters that did a great job installing new wood baseboards, a new front door and related finish work at our house in Sunriver. They shared photos of their completed work...you can tell they take great pride in their craftsmanship. Scheduling communication was not as good this time around...I had to call them several times. Paint team did not prepare/plan for staining the front door during inclimate weather. I had to suggest ideas to solve the problem (remove and stain in the garage). I had Webfoot replace steps and decking leading up to my front door. Craftsmanship was overall good, however I had to have them come back to put in some missing screws and paint some boards that had been missed. They also left stair material which had been removed in my side yard, leaving me to dispose of it. I would provide a higher rating, however they also went 100% over the original quoted amount. Some of this was due to my upgrading materials, but it also just took a long time to do the work and I believe the cost was excessive in consideration of the scope of the work. I never would have agreed to the cost and chosen them if I knew it would have ended up costing over $1000 a step! I chose Webfoot for their reputation and might consider them in the future, however this job left me unsatisfied in consideration of the cost. read more

Hired to install drywall. Quoted 1150 for job. Was sent a bill for 1700 with no explanation of why it was 50% over estimate. Charged me for 25 hours of labor. My security system showed them there for 20 hours. When I asked why I was charged for the other 5 hours they said that was time spent running errands for the job. Seemed odd that I have to pay for that especially at 65 dollars per hr. Also seemed odd that it would take 5 hours to get 3 sheets of drywall. The quality of the work was good but I would not recommend them. read more

We also liked their story...local guys start business, stick to high standards, follow through, etc. So, we called them, got an estimate, and got on their schedule (for the following Spring). They were great communicators throughout the process. The week before the job began, the supervisor came out and we did a walkaround talking about details and what we wanted. They showed up on time on Monday and got to work. Our job foreman, Alejandro, was there every day, doing work and managing his crew, providing feedback and updates and responding to our questions. We were so pleased with the service and results from Webfoot Painting. We had them paint our living room, daughter's bedroom and our office. The guys were extremely careful with our furniture, taking care to cover any exposed items so as not to drip any paint and they were very thorough throughout the cleanup. I struggled to pick a color for our living room and Gavin was awesome (and patient) to help us pick a color. WE loved the color (just later determined it didn't work with our existing kitchen color - our own issue), and so we do plan to have them back for a re-paint. Additionally, when the weather is better, we hope to have them out to stain our fence and refinish our front deck. They took great care to protect our flooring and furniture during the entire process. We had Webfoot paint the entire interior of our recently purchased 1960's bungalow. It was a big job since a lot of the paint was OLD and there was the possibility of there being lead paint. Webfoot was hired to paint our small home three years ago...we still have yet to see them finish. 90% of the job was done and they left with no warning. I phoned them after two weeks to see if they were going to finish and we made arrangements for our dogs so they could access the back yard on a Saturday. Saturday came and went, along with three more Saturdays and promises to finish and still no show. The actual paint they used seems to be weathering very well, and they left a neat work site, but the quality was lacking in what they chose to paint, or not paint. Window trim that's only visible to a toddler, trim under the eaves in the rear of our home, places that aren't readily visible were completely left exposed, raw wood in Central Oregon weather, they also left a white stripe in the middle of a gray house ...?Thank you Webfoot for dropping the ball with our home, I really enjoyed taking the rest of my summer to fix your mistakes instead of going fishing !!! read more
