When we order came it, it was just the used one they had had on display covered in dust in the opened box. The manager then wouldn't allow me to exchange it for another new unopened one, but told me I had to purchase a second online scope online and when the second one came in I could return the first one. I then retuned my original order at that time and the manager told me it would take 5-7 days for my account to be refunded. Terrible online ordering service.

He booked me an appointment so I could try the treadmill out in person. He explained all the features very well and was able to deliver and set it up at my house within a week!! When they dropped it off at my house they explained the features again to me and I have been using it the last two weeks! They have well known high-end quality brands, that can be quite expensive, so be prepared to pay the price. The store itself is ridiculously huge and enticing... you could spend quite a long time here if you didn't have a specific target and/or budget in mind! Reamer arrive in timely manner so my gunsmith cut the chamber. Many rounds later I figured out( you know who) sent me a tight neck Sheehan reamer. I ordered a Savage model 10 bolt handle; NO PRIMARY EXTRACTION. The primary extraction cam is .050 too small. Sent it back and dozens of phone calls later still getting the run around ...ie. tech not here today; engineer went home sick; you have to talk to sales; they are in a meeting, etc. There are many great tooling companies out there, PTG is not one of them.
